This was my very first massage/​spa experience, what a wonderful birthday gift idea I thought! The appearance and the interior of the place was wonderful and beautiful. I arrived to the place 15 mins early like I was instructed. The ladies at the front were busy so another worker took me back to the waiting room and said she will check me in. I was given a glass of water and was left. 10 mins past, 20 mins past, 30 mins past and I was still waiting for my service. Finally someone walked in and stated «Oh my i’m so sorry we forgot about you, didn’t remember you where back here…» So they went and got my massage therapist and she herself stated «oh my we thought you were not coming». I don’t mean to sound rude but this was my first experience and being forgotten about like that made me feel not important and definitely not relaxed… customer service? So I was brought to my 60 min massage and asked what aromatherapy I would like and was brought a robe finally to change into. The massage started and it was great… until my therapist started talking and talking and talking for an hour… finally the next thing was my foot soak. All it is consisted of was having my feet sit in hot water with aromatherapy and a 5 min foot massage after. Not the service I was expecting. The next day I looked down at my legs and I have bruises going all the way up my legs from the massage with a few on my back, when I asked for a soft touch. I don’t mean to sound rude about things. The people were nice and smiled. But… this was not the best and not what I expected as a spa experience.

Wonderful experience! I never thought I would become a regular at a spa… But I can’t help it when it comes to this place.
I’ve had about 4 facials and a couple massages there! The ambiance is the best I’ve experienced… it’s relaxing, clean, the staff is amazing with everyone having a unique background. And their products… By far my favorite

Wonderful spa experience. I went in for a prenatal massage and a pedicure. The staff took their time to talk to me about concerns and I didn’t feel rushed to get in and out like so many other places these days. I left relaxed and I would highly recommend Fusion.

Love this place! It’s calming and zen feel it what a spa should be. By far the most talented masseuses I’ve found in Minneapolis. Recommend Ryan and Ascentia!

I had a spa day with a girlfriend for her birthday. We both had Signature Fusion Facials, Clementine & Cranberry body polish (highly recommend!!), and 60-​minute massages. My massage was with Ryan and she was fabulous. Our entire experience was excellent. We brought salads and the refrigerated and plated them for us — which was so nice! The only thing I would mention is that their spa slippers are size 8 — which is perfect for me but was too big for my friend and she ended up bare foot.
We are definitely going back!

What a beautiful place! The staff is friendly, helpful without being overwhelming. This spa is serene and a wonderful treat for yourself or a loved one. Take advantage of arriving early to sit by the fire and sip cucumber-​lemon water and enjoy the peaceful sounds of soothing music.

I’ve only been a couple of times, but if I could justify the expense, would go again and again! Both times, I went for a facial. Yesterday, I had an appointment with Barbara, and my skin is so smooth and soft today. She told me each thing she did and why, using really natural ingredients. I have very sensitive skin, and often find that I can’t go out in public after a facial due to the redness. Not so here. My skin immediately looked healthy with a nice glow. She also recommended a product I could use to ensure my skin had this same glow on my wedding day in a month.
The staff is incredibly friendly and warm, from the front desk onward. None of that stuffy/​snooty front desk stuff like at other salons/​spas.
If you can arrive a bit before your appointment, you won’t be disappointed. The waiting area is beautiful and relaxing, with a warm fireplace and relaxing lounge chairs.
I hope to be back as soon as the budget permits!

Of all the salon and spa experiences I’ve had in the Twin Cities and on vacation in various parts of the world, Fusion Life Spa rates highest in my book by far. Why? I find it hard to explain in words. You might just have to trust me on this one.
I’ve had facials, massages, pedicures, and other spa experiences in many salons but have never felt a commitment to return to the same esthetician, until I came to Fusion. Their commitment to natural products, relaxing atmosphere and thorough, thoughtful staff makes this a can’t-miss destination.
Want a great place to spend the day with family, friends, or for a special event? Work with them to book massages or facials for each member of your group, then organize to have lunch in their relaxing group room afterwards. You’ll be glad you did.
This beautiful, peaceful spa could boast well-​trained, intuitive and thoughtful staff to attract repeat customers. But they don’t have to. These qualities speak for themselves.

Love this spa. Been only a couple of times, Very relaxing. When you walk in the door, your taken to a relaxing waiting area with a fire and music. The selection of massages and body treatments are amazing. Fusion also offers traditional Chinese medicine (acupuncture) for headaches, backaches, & allergies.

Through Groupon I learned about Fusion Lifespa, and I’m very happy I did! My mother and I bought 2 packages each. Booking appointments was easy and the staff was very friendly over the phone. When you check in you can change into comfy robes and enjoy water or tea while waiting in a zen lounge.
For our first appointment my mom did the Hammam private bathing ritual and then a spa massage. I was adventurous and decided on trying the colonic and then the Hammam private bathing ritual after. My mom enjoyed her package and especially liked her massage therapist, Alex Kornel. For me, I’ll have to say it was an interesting experience and perhaps leave it at that. I’ve never had a colonic before and it was to say the least, an uncomfortable situation. If I were to get another colonic in the future I’d come back to Fusion, but I just don’t foresee wanting another colonic ever again. The Hammam bathing ritual included a whirlpool tub, candles, soothing music, and a steam shower. You have an hour to soak/​steam, however I barely made it past 30 minutes. There’s combs/​brushes and a hair dryer if you end up washing your hair (remember to bring styling products if you use them).
For our second appointment my mom had a facial, and I enjoyed the the bathing ritual and massage. My mom loved her facial, and I loved my massage. I had Alex Kornel as well, and he was amazing. I highly recommend. I left feeling like a noodle with all my stress melted away.

What an amazing spa experience! When you arrive they bring you to a very nice waiting area. There is a warm fire and comfortable reclining chairs along with calming music and candlelight. It’s a great way to get in the right mood for your spa services. I had a truly incredible hot stone massage that worked out all the kinks from my winter gym binge. I can’t wait to go back to try their steam showers and bath rituals!
