Michelle’s Nails & Spa

I have been to Michelles Nail’ 3 times. The first time was great! I got the gel nail and the young man did great. He took his time and did all the steps to make the gel nails look great and last. The second visit, I had an older gentleman. He skipped steps when applying the gel polish and had to redo my thumbs 4 times due to the gel wrinkling. I also got a pedicure the same day. The process took over four hours. I had to go back because the gel polish came off the next day. The same gentleman was there and he told he used the wrong polish the day before and that’s why it came off. He did redo the nails for free. Which was very nice. This last time I went we made an appointment and had to come back due to them being busy. When we arrived they were too busy to take us at our time so we had to wait a little while. They say they take appointment times but they don’t follow them. I have watched them seat a new customer and then the customer with an appointment shows up and they have to wait. Being there for almost two hours every time i have been i have witnessed this. I guess if the cards fall right, and you arrive as they are finishing with someone you get to go ahead. The place is clean, the prices are fair. 3 stars in generous! The people are friendly, the place is under staffed.
