First time here and it was a new but not likable experience 1. The garlic rolls were on point! They were very very good 2. The salad that we got with our meal was really well set up and the dressing was really good. The reason why i put only two stars is because the Fettuccine Chicken Alfredo i got had WAY too much oil in it. Its like the Alfredo sauce was trying to be a scampi sauce but didn’t make it. The flavor itself was good but the oil was overpowering the flavors of both the Alfredo sauce and the chicken itself. Honestly not worth the $ 16 i paid.

You know if been in the area for several years now and I’ve been meaning to try this place just never got to it. Well I finally did and it’s so below average. There’s not one thing about he place that sticks out to me. It didn’t suck it just was not that good. Would I go back? Maybe I would but just out of convenience not because it’s something I want to eat. For pizza pasta etc I would go to the place in the same plaza that is more of a takeout place that place is 1000 times better.

I have passed by this place for years but never stopped. I finally stopped to get take out on the way home recently. What a waste of $ 30. Oh my God the eggplant sub had gray disgusting possibly cooked a week ago eggplant with the exact same for the chicken parm sub. The bread was soaking wet most likely from being microwaved. They make the pizza in front of the store so at least that was cooked in a stove. I’ve seen enough restaurant improvement shows to know that crap wad old and overcooked. My husband was so upset to know I spent that much only to throw it all but the pizza in the trash.

This is your around-the-corner, Italian, sandwich, and pizza eatery that just does everything really well for a reasonable price. I’ve gotten the pizza on a few occasions and it is great. Nice dough that’s not too thick, a generous amount of cheese, and a sauce that is just super delicious. It’s sweet and tastes homemade. You can’t beat the price of the garlic rolls. Buttery, garlic herb rolls baked to a perfect crispness, and they are only $ 3.50 or so for a half dozen. Snag yourself some of the garlic wings if you like garlic, too. They are loaded with fresh garlic. Definitely pick this place over Amore which is in the same shopping center.

Pizza is decent at most. We used to go here a decade ago and it seemed better. Waitress gave great service, so she earned the single star. We ordered appetizers and pizza, they brought all at once, and forgot the pepperoni on the pizza, so the waitress said she’d take it back, add the pepperoni and reheat it. I agreed and asked her to hold the pizza for 10 more minutes so we can finish our appetizers and the guy in the back shouted we have 1 minute and sent the pizza back in even less than a minute. If you serve a mediocre pizza, you ought to give good service and have enough culinary sense not to send the entrée and appetizer at once. Nonetheless, there’s plenty better options for ‘Italian’ cuisine.

I almost don’t want to write this review because this place is so good, I’d rather keep it hidden. But after three visits, I just have to rave about this place. I’m not even sure where to start. The pizza? The pasta? The prices? It’s all good. The pizza is fantastic especially with their creamy Italian dressing. My favorite pasta dish is their baked ziti — oh so delicious. The service is quick and friendly, and they usually have killer lunch and daily specials.

I walked into a «please be seated» type sign so for convenience I sat close to the front. Because I got tired of waiting I told the only waitress that what I wanted. She brought my drink right away then I did not see her again for a bit even though my 2 slices were on the counter waiting. When she made it to me she did not even make eye contact. Instead she asked another patron if he got flowers for the waitresses who came in while I was waiting. The Pizza: I know quality ingredients and lack thereof the crust was excellent, good crunch and hold. The sauce was thin and needed seasonings. The cheese was not high quality and tastless. Very Dissapointing At the end of my meal I spent about 10 minutes trying to get the waitresses attention then gave up and paid the other one as I watched mine with her back to me chatting up other staff. I’m one of those people who uses pizza as a way to judge a place like this. Best I can say id it’s clean. I wont be back.

Great pizza! I always get the same white Alfredo pizza with chicken! I also add fan pieces and extra sauce! Yummmmm The only thing I kinda am let down about is when we ask for extra Alfredo sauce we don’t get it ever. We get charged for it just is never on the pizza. Other than that we will continue to order from here!!! The boyfriend has tried the ham Stromboli. That’s something he enjoys off that menu also. Don’t forget the garlicky garlic rolls!!!

This place was perfect. Affordable homey feel and fantastic food. Their meatball was top of the pops and the baked cheese ravs dropped it like it was hot. I fucks with Ciro’s on the real dough

Ciro’s was a pretty decent experience. Good, quick service and a traditional, «no frills» kind of food. Skip on the chicken parm sub(it was just average at best). Pasta fagiole soup was very good, mozzarella sticks and garlic rolls were on point.

Great food, staff is always attentive, food is delivered quick(and usually comes in a huge portion — left overs!), and I enjoy the local/family feel. The garlic rolls, on point!

Eh. Ordered from here twice. Even though I only live 30 seconds away, it still takes 45 minutes to get my order. Would be ok if everything was made from scratch. But It’s not. first time we ordered a chicken philly on ciabatta. Tasted nothing like a chicken Philly but it was good. Ciabatta tastes like salty garlic bread. So that was weird. The calzone was amazing. And the shrimp parm sandwich again was on that garlic bread ciabatta so that kinda ruined it for me. Tonight we got cirillo sub-I think that’s how you spell it. The ricotta added such a nice taste, but that’s where the good flavor stops. And shrimp scampi which had ABSOLUTELYNOFLAVOR at all. There is no way that there is any lemon in this dish. The shrimp are clearly those bagged already cooked frozen ones. And this dish has a weird taste like when you drink tap water and that chlorine off taste is there. That’s what the scampi tastes like. Chicken wings are bland. Sitting in a pool of oil. But the portions are huge. That’s the plus. If I ever go back, it will be for the calzone, and because i hear the pizza is really good. Oh yea and the delivery guy tonight couldn’t count. I gave him 2 $ 20 bills because the order was $ 38. He was so confused and just kept saying«$ 38? $ 38?». I said keep the change and he didn’t understand that either. And just walked away. If he doesn’t speak English, maybe he shouldn’t deliver.

There pizza never disappoints. The service is very friendly, and the food is always great. The pizza is New York style, thin and greasy. They sell wine and beer too — drafts start at $ 2.50 :) the garlic rolls are great but make sure you get them extra wet or they seem a by dry.

We’ve been going here for almost 2 years. I like their pizza, my bf likes their spaghetti but overall I have always just felt kind of «meh» about this place. The service today was unacceptable. We always get carry out and have only had 2 – 3 incidents ever, but today was the icing on the cake. My bf got the lunch spaghetti & meatballs & I got the lunch pizza special– 2 slices & a drink… I realized on the car ride home that they must have charged me for a dinner spaghetti bc it was a couple dollars more than it should have been. Got home and guess what? There was only one slice of pizza! So not only did I overpay, but I didn’t even get the full order! I called to tell them & asked if their delivery person could bring my other slice on his next drive(we live a mile away… I can see my building from the restaurant!) & I was told, «no… He’s already out and that would take forever anyway.» She said she would give me a credit on my account for the next order but I told her I would rather just have my pizza… silence… No apology… No offer to refund it if I don’t want the credit… Just silence. I guess offering a credit was better than nothing, but it’s nice when you MAKEANEFFORT to fix your mistake. Maybe she just figured since we’re regulars we’ll just be back… No big deal. Well sorry, but I patronize places that value my business and today the lack of care was beyond obvious, so looks like I’ll be taking my money elsewhere.

Decided to dine somewhere new on a Friday night. Whenever I’m taking Italian, I head to Carrabbas, but this maybe the new place. I ordered the chicken parmesan dinner which included two garlic rolls, soup or salad and your choice of side. My boyfriend ordered the baked ziti dinner which included two garlic rolls, soup or salad and your choice of side. Everything was delicious! The waitstaff made sure to have our drinks full and the empty plates gone. We really enjoyed our dinner. The portions were huge and reasonably priced.

When you just want to tuck into a neighborhood restaurant for a quick meal(instead of having a beautiful meal in a well-appointed dining room where the food is stellar and the service is flawless) Ciro’s is for you. The food and the service is a solid 3 ½ stars so I rounded it up to 4 because they are good for who they are and what they do — and they’ve been in business for about three decades. Tonight three of us sat in a booth that, while it seated us, wasn’t roomy. The place is small and the tables are laid out oddly so the seating is a bit crammed. The menu has traditional«American» style Italian food — pizza, pasta dishes, sandwiches, and packaged desserts from a distribution company. We ordered a 12″ regular pizza as an appetizer. The 4 slice pie was made with a great dough and creamy cheese. We also ordered 10 chicken wings that were ‘medium’ spiced and served with celery and blue cheese dressing. After having dental surgery more than a month ago and eating every mushy food known to man, it was a thrill to eat big, crispy, and well-seasoned wings! The chicken was moist and softly pulled away from the bone. Ok, so I could only eat 1⁄3 of the slice of pizza and 3 chicken wings, but each bite was really good. My dinner mates enjoyed veal parmigiana and shrimp parmigiana sandwiches made on fresh, soft ciabatta rolls that were served with a pickle spear and a side of potato and macaroni salad(one ordered potato and the other ordered macaroni). I don’t know why they serve these sides with parmigiana sandwiches but I guess someone in the kitchen thinks it works. I tasted the veal and it was soft even though it was breaded and covered with cheese. I even had a piece of the soft bread that only served to hold the protein without masking it’s flavor. The only thing we finished was the pizza — I have the leftovers in the fridge because the thinking was I would likely be able to eat it over the weekend… let’s hope! The servers are friendly and stop by frequently to bring napkins and beverage refills. One of the kitchen guys brought us containers, paper bags and plastic bags for our leftovers. Everyone was kind and friendly. Several people were ‘regulars’ and were greeted warmly by the servers. There are meal specials between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. every day. The portions are generous — particularly for the price. While we aren’t regulars, whenever we have eaten here we’ve enjoyed the food and service — we’ve never had a bad meal or bad experience here. Ultimately, this is an unpretentious neighborhood restaurant where you are sure to eat well and feel welcome.
