We were at this location today and the stupid rep named Reneil. was the most arrogant and unprofessional person I have seen. He screwed up my wife’s phone and could not fix it. Then just sat there acting like he could care less. After checking he’s just a stupid sales thing. That doesn’t know what he’s doing. Also this is not a corporate store, which explains why they know nothing about the business except how to rip people off. He fxxked. up our phone and tried to sell us another phone. Then some other idiot said oh he’ll fix it. BS. I’ll let everyone I know NOTTOGOTOTHISLOCATION. If you want service don’t ever go to this location. Their idiots here. They deserve no star’s. I will be heard. his boss will know what he’s doing to his location.

I took my phone for trade in at this location. My sales person was Greg. If you choose to come to this shop, and your sales person is Greg, please leave. Or request to be helped by someone else. This man was not knowledgeable about iPhone. He took my phone from me, tapped a little, gave it back to me and asked me to enter passcode. After 5th time he gave me my phone back to enter passcode, I finally asked what he was trying to do. He explained that he was trying to unset my passcode. I took my phone back from him and I did it myself. I noticed that he messed with other unnecessary functions. I had to stop being polite to this man, when he opened a box of new phone. A sales personnel should definitely not pick or scratch his face and neck and ears while he has your new phone in his hands. At one point, I could not stand watching my phone in his possession any longer, I asked to give my phone to me. He told me that he must finish that part of setting up. And he mentioned with a smirk on his face, that I should relax. While all of that took place, from the time I walked in to the time I left, he did not give up pushing me to sign up for Uverse. That was ridiculous. Pathetic almost. At the end of trade in transaction, he, of course offered mobile protection plan. That was no for me as well. This morning, I looked at my bill. Guess what was added to my phone bill. A MOBILEPROTECTIONPLAN! If I had another day off,(to find different location and time to get to) I would definitely walked out of this place. Please avoid this location… If you have to go to this location, avoid Greg. You will experience totally unpleasant 35 minutes, while you could be elsewhere helped by a pleasant, knowledgeable sales person who takes only 10 minutes of your time. Like John H at Palm Beach Gardens location.

The worst. I was sold a phone by a rep at this location and they basically said what they had to just to make a sale. when it came time to actually utilize my cell phone in the way they had assured me it would operate, it was a complete miss. I went back to the store to try and fix the situation which would mean I’d need an upgraded iPhone with more memory and they did NOT help me at all. First of all I would like to make a special shout out to the very rude and unprofessional customer service rep Michael, the unfortunately short spanish man, actually, boy. The manager who was working at the time had hardly the competence of a manager, she just looked very confused the entire time and pushed my issue off onto another employee. This store sucks. I will never buy anything from AT&T again. Apple only.

I visited this store to look for a new phone for my grandmother. The salesmen quickly greeted me when I entered and walked me through the phone selection available to her. He was affable and knowledgeable. Although i left empty handed, It was a very enjoyable visit. It’s a good store.
