The price was great, room was clean, comfy bed, pool and hot tub were wonderful, and the staff was very professional and friendly. Breakfast was great. Going to stay here again for sure. It was also in the best location for shopping and dining with only 1 – 10 min from a major shopping cwnter, restaurants, and the I Wireless center

Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Bed and pillows were comfy. WiFi was good and T.V. selection was okay. On the downside… the walls were stained and peeling. The ceiling had water stains and cobwebs. Housekeeping did a good job(other than the missed cobwebs). The furniture was old and worn. The bathroom was TOOSMALL! An average sized person could barely fit on the toilet! Had to ask for a «do not disturb» sign, then it was removed from our room days later. We stayed 11 nights and found everything to be just okay. We would consider staying here again as long as some effort in updating is being made.

Let me start with the few positives: the front desk checked us in quickly and our room was spacious, although it didn’t seem like a «suite» to me. Now the negatives: the wireless was next to useless, it went out so many times we gave up in disgust. Annoying children wouldn’t let us swim laps in the pool, and people in the next room were screaming and talking very loudly while we tried to sleep. Finally, the breakfast was sorely lacking in protein and was too carb heavy. We had to go elsewhere so I could eat.(I’m a diabetic and all carbs is a bad plan). For the price we didn’t expect the Ritz, but really, we were still disappointed.

Low price, low price, low price. Room was Ok but neighbors were loud– thought there were occupancy limits but perhaps the neighbors had a double room?(yeah right). Breakfast was bare minimum. watered down juice and coffee, some bread, waffles, and boiled eggs. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night because of a smoke alarm– probably someone in a non-smoking room having a smoke under the sensor.

We were in town for one night to visit relatives, so our hotel demands were minimal — a comfortable place to sleep, breakfast, and maybe a dip in the pool with the baby. The Baymont Inn was totally adequate for those needs! Service was polite and welcoming. Our room was reasonably clean, and we all slept well in the comfortable king-sized bed. The pool was a little too cold for the baby, but seemed clean and well-maintained. Breakfast wasn’t great, but we didn’t get down until the end of the breakfast period, so maybe we missed better carb options?

The staff was nice and the room was okay, only like 30 tv channels and the wifi stopped working several times and i had to go down to the desk and ask them to fix it(which they did) cause our phone didn’t work. The lobby smelled like weed and was really small. The upsetting part was breakfast, i only stayed one night, but there was literally no options. All of the containers where empty and when i asked why they said because breakfast ends at 9. It was 8:15.

We recently stayed here and it was average place to stop while traveling. The rooms were clean, but ours was noisy thanks to something mechanical next to our room. The hallways smelled of cigarette smoke, but our rooms did not. Sheets were clean but course. Breakfast bar was nearly empty so we ate next door at Cracker Barrel. The night clerk(Lindsay) was very helpful and did an awesome job. For the price this is a decent place to stay. If I wanted luxury I would have spent more money.

Overall nice, hassle free hotel. Had a decent room and the breakfast had a decent variety of selections even for a health-conscious person such as myself. We only had to call the front desk to get the wifi going. That would be the only negative.

The Baymont Inn gave us a nice room at a great rate where we felt safe and would gladly stay and recommend to anyone who finds themselves in Davenport Iowa Stayed in Davenport for one night on a cross country moving trip. Our first one night stay was horrendous and were scared our second night after being in the car for 20 hours with 2 cats would be just as awful. It wasn’t! I have stayed in all kinds of places from hostels to the Ritz on this occasion we required a very cheap, pet friendly hotel to rest our weary heads and give the cats a break from 70 mph. After our first sketchy stay in NY the Baymont felt like luxury! They didn’t charge us extra for the cats the room was clean with updated décor and TV. The TV worked and provided us with free Showtime and some much needed down time. Plus the Cracker Barrel is about 150 yards away! All this fabulousness for less than $ 100. I understand some people don’t like hotels that are pet friendly but please don’t complain, there are about 5 other hotels in the same area.

Well… it was cheap and clean. There’s not much else to say about it. They were also willing to take dogs in a non-smoking room… which I appreciate. A lot of hotels won’t allow dogs in their non-smoking rooms… and it’s nice being able to stay somewhere with my dog that doesn’t smell like an ashtray. There was some sort of school outing staying at the hotel… and were teenagers everywhere in the hallways. It was pretty noisy… and I wish they would have told us we’d be rooming next to a band trip… or whatever was going on. Unlike the other reviewer… I did NOT notice bugs… and I check the bed first thing before I’ll even bring my bags into the room. The room was VERY clean. Sure… the décor needed an overhaul… but for $ 60 a night after taxes… you can’t expect the Hilton.

Where do I begin? Outdated décor. No exercise equipment. Bugs in my room. Weird stains on the bathroom walls. Kids running around the hotel in bathing suits. Pets everywhere. I am NOT a fan. I stayed in this hotel on a business trip ONLY because there was nothing else available anywhere in the area. You’d have to pay me to stay in this place again. Avoid!
