Holiday Inn Express & Suites Davenport

My boyfriend and I stayed here on the way to Green Bay, Wisconsin for the game on 12÷13÷15. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, shower was amazing. The breakfast was delightful and the staff was very courteous. Alfred went above and beyond to help us with a reservation issue. We will be staying here again. Thanks for the great service and stay!

This will be my 5^th stay here as part of the Lodging program provided by the Army. The commute to and from home is 3hrs round trip, so having a room cuts down on drive time.
Checking in they asked for my credit card for incidentals. We have a card on file through the Army to cover this, so I asked why it has changed. The gentlemen could not answer the question, but I didn’t argue it. $ 20 for incidentals is not an issue, as it will be put back on my card at check-​out.
Went to the room, and found the beds were not made and towels were all over the bathroom floor.
When I reported this I was given a new room and was told the manager would contact me about it, and possibly upgrade me to a suite. Though appreciated, it was not necessary. Unfortunately, the manager did not find it necessary to contact me. Thankful for a clean room though!
This morning my credit card was charged $ 109.00
I asked the woman at the front desk what the charge was for, she promptly told me my card wasn’t on file. After attempting to explain what happened the night before, I was instructed to calm down. I was calm… Still am. I really just wanted to know why my card was charged $ 109.00 when I was only aware of a $ 20 incidental fee.
As of this moment, I still do not have an answer. Hopefully, when I check out she can provide me the information… and maybe just a little customer service.

Brand new and still smells like new construction. Nice pool and hot tub. Quiet clean rooms. Modern furniture and bathroom fixtures. Free internet wifi. Free breakfast. Fast friendly check in. What’s not to love. Would definitely stay here again.
