This pharmacy is the absolute worst. They take FOREVER to fill a prescription. They are rude, lazy, and unprofessional. It literally takes HOURS to get something filled here, and when they do fill it they act like you are interrupting their day. If my employer didn’t make me come here I would go to Walgreen’s.

The store itself is fine, but the head pharmacist, Bill, is rude and unprofessional. He continually complains about how busy the pharmacy is and even belittles customers. Switched all our prescriptions to the CVS in Woodridge where the pharmacists are friendly and helpful.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They have gotten my prescription wrong several, yes several times in the past month. I am in acute care medicine myself and I can’t believe how disorganized this place is. It was good up until about 3 months ago then it started to unravel. I noticed a lot of new faces that were confused and inexperienced and they were constantly understaffed. The Pharmacy manager, Bill is a really professional, but even he seems to be frustrated. It must be a CVS corporate dysfunction. I am going to transfer all of my family’s prescriptions somewhere else.

My employer switched our perception card to Mercer with exclusivity to CVS. I thought things were ok until last night when I went to the drive to pick up my BC for the month. Even though I didn’t get a call or text I figured it would still be ready. WRONG… worst pharmacy experience ever. The pharmacist or assistant greeted me with «ummmm hi we have 2 people in front of you so it may be a little delayed.» My prescription wasn’t ready they felt as though there was no way they could fill it while I waited in the window (even though every other pharmacy does), meanwhile my 9 month old screamed in the background. I will be transferring my prescription to a different CVS next month.

This pharmacy is the worst, I’ve been to. The customer service is bad and slow and the staff is not very friendly. I’m moving my service elsewhere, I do not recommend their slow service and lack of communication

DO NOT use this CVS Phamacy!!! The employees are extremely rude and inconsiderate of their customers. Make sure to plan your day to wait at least 20 minutes when picking up your Rx. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Usually my service is acceptable, however, this location is starting to slip. In the past year I’ve noticed the pharmacy likes to try to close 5 minutes or more before the posted hours and there is a rude-​ass pharm tech that has a crappy attitude and is way too bossy. Another stupid-​employee encounter and Walgreens across the street will get my business.
Update May 2014: service has greatly improved! Even the rude pharm tech mentioned above has a smile on her face and her attitude in check.

Easy to get to from Lemont Rd NB, plenty of parking, has everything a CVS sells, but the magazine selection is awful.
