Great place to watch a game. Solid pub grub, good service and the owner/​manager seems to be a real solid guy. Good wings but order them extra crispy. Will def go back.

We went on a Saturday night & the owner said he would get us a table. We had six people. So he put us in the corner at a table for two. He said he would find us a table, he never did. So we moved tables around ourselves. The waitress wasn’t attentive, we had to find her and stop her for drinks and our checks. The food wasn’t good either. I wouldn’t go back for the food that’s for sure & the service wasn’t good so I wouldn’t go back ever. Very disappointed.

ugh. so drinks and breakfast were more like 4 or 5 stars. same for the bartender. however. my husband and I came here for New Years DAY at 930 am to have some food and watch some bowl games. there was a guy there, sounded as if he worked there and today was his day off?, that was clearly still drunk form New Year’s Eve. he was loud and obnoxious, all before NOON. spewing off nonsense and yelling gay slurs. I will never come back to this place. the owner or manager was present and did nothing.

We were visiting Danville from Southern California and went to Tower Grill on recommendation from our family in the area. I’m pretty picky but I really loved this place! Great food, drinks and service. I had one of the best beet salads ever. The wings and sliders were awesome. The foods being served at the nearby tables also looked great. I would highly recommend this place.

Totally hooked on the roasted beet salad — just an awesome salad. Wednesday night, so we also ordered the special Mountain O’ Wings. More of a dry fried wing (my personal fav), with little cups of ranch and Frank’s hot sauce. Wings were still a bit tangy, but not over the top. Service here is pretty nice, although interior can get a little loud.

I walked in at 4pm on a Friday. They only had one person working the bar and seating area. I waited 15 minutes and she didn’t come to my table, but I waited because I figured she was running around. After 15 minutes she went to one of the other tables and started chatting about a phone call she recently received with what looked like her friends. That’s when I decided to leave.
Bummed too because other Unilocalers raved about the food and they had some great TVs for watching sports, which is hard to find in Danville.

Came here on a quite Sunday for lunch. We were greeted in a friendly manner and had our choice of tables. The waitress was nice
attentive. I ordered the sliders and was very happy with it. The patties were cooked a
perfect medium and were tasty and juicy. The bread was great, and the aioli and pickled onions made for a wonderful combination. My only minor gripe is that in order of three sliders is $ 11, but ordering an extra slider is an additional $ 4…not sure what type of math that is, but oh well.
With all of the tv’s inside, Tower Grille looks like a good place to catch a game and hang out with friends. I definite will try to go back.

Went back after a year or so think that the service had to have gotten better… I was WRONG!
Service still bad as every. You think maybe the management might try to improve that aspect there business. 1 star because I can’t give 0 stars.

This place is great stopped for a drink real quick while getting Maintenance on my car, the place was screaming sports which I love and at every angle with every sport on from horses to golf. We ordered the shrimp basket with buffalo fries, they were heavenly the fries were fresh and we’ll seasoned and the shrimp were cooked to perfection and battered perfectly. I will definitely come back for that and try out things on the menu.

I have been coming to tower grill for several years now. The owner ship here (david) tries very hard to make every customer feel at home. The manager tony is a class act. He brings car shows & special events to the grill. It is a nice place to hang out and have a drink with friends and watch the game. Stay away from table 20 LOL

7 days a week, this is a fun place to have a drink, grab a bite to eat, watch a game or meet people. 12 months a year you can watch football, baseball, basketball, golf and hockey. Plentiful televisions and if your game isn’t on, just ask the manager who works his tail off. Your welcome Tony!
As for food… this is not your average pub bar food… its much better! During the week day, locals will dine here and get back to their office in a timely fashion. Parking is tight right now in the back parking lot but will open up soon due to local construction.
Bartenders are 5 star, friendly and will make your drink to your request!
Ok, its 2015… if your a NFL or college football fan, THIS is the best sports bar in the east bay! Saturdays college ball to Sundays pro ball.

Lunch date with the hubby! The ambiance is nice, it is a sports bar with a few outdoor seats and a private room as well. It is clean the tvs are loud enough to hear but I can still have a conversation without yelling. I ordered the BLT with sweet potato fries. I was good. My husband had a bacon cheese burger with buffalo fries. He said it was messy but very good. Our waitress was very nice and attentive, we would come back just on the service we had.

I ordered caprese salad. It was okay. It was mostly cherry tomatoes with corn with a few thin slices of mozzarella and cucumber.
The waitress was nice and attentive. We sat outside on the porch and had a view of the parked cars in the lot.

Came here after dinner so this review is strictly for their after hours/​drinks.
I think we got there a little before 9 and Jackie, our wonderful waitress had informed us that happy hour was going to start in a couple minutes so we waited to order our drinks.
We got a couple long islands and shots of grey goose. The long island was made well, good amount of alcohol and didn’t just taste like juice. Their shots are HUGE! One after another, Jackie kept bringing them out even when I accidentally dropped one.
I can’t rave enough about Jackie, she’s über nice and freaking hilarious! She deserves the best waitress award for this bar! Drinks were good/​cheap and service was awesome, can’t complain here.

I wanted to try this place since there have been so many ads. We went for lunch and the place was pretty busy for a weekday lunch. The space is nice and the bar had many drink specials. The service was excellent. The food was just meh. This is what we had:
Nachos w/​beef 2 stars flavorless fried ground beef. overly melted cheese just stuck everything together. Left ¾ of it on the plate.
Reuben 3 stars special very little dressing, just pastrami, kraut & cheese
Chicken Tortilla soup 2 stars Bland
Beet & Chicken Salad 3 stars best dish but way over dressed. Forgot to ask for the dressing on the side and it came with a ton of balsamic vinaigrette on top. The beets and chicken were good.
Maybe we should have had the burgers and pizza.
