Had my interview suit dry cleaned here. Picked it up today and it looks awesome. They did a good job removing a stain. They were friendly and got the job done. Will continue to use them.

Very disappointing experience on April 10, 2015. On April 2nd, dropped of Raincoat with a liner to be dry cleaned. Was presented a ticket with a cost $ 29.50 I gladly accepted and went to pick up the raincoat this morning. Upon picking up the Raincoat, was told the cost was $ 39.50…presenting me a $ 10.00 uncharge for the liner that was part of the Raincoat. Clearly a bait and switch and very deceitful business practice. I pointed this out to the owner, who then tried to give me a credit, which I did not accept, nor my money back. Told her I will not do business with dishonest people… and encourage you to make your own decision on simple business ethics. How smart can somebody be to attempt to bilk and extra $ 10.00 and lose a regular customer? Andy C.

Very disappointed with the customer service and the attitude of the establishments proprietor. One morning as my husband pulled one of his shirts out of the plastic wrapping it was still in from the dry cleaners… he noticed a stain on one of the sleeves. The following day, I went back to Tassajara Cleaners along with other items to be dry cleaned and pointed out the stain and started to speak… when all of a sudden the«lady» behind the counter went off the edge with a defense to rival any ‘Courtroom Cross Examination Scene’! Mind you I had just began to speak… she started pointing out that it was IMPOSSIBLE that this came from their shop, even though I had just picked this shirt just a few weeks back along with other items of clothing! OMG, she even pointed out the staples that were used on the dry cleaning tag on the shirt… there were 2 staples used and she never uses 2! Then I noticed that the paper tag was the same color of the ones on the clothing I was picking up! Her denial was epic and her suggestion was that I was probably color blind! Yes I wear glasses because of Astigmatism! By the time I came back a week later to pick up the items that I had dropped off, she was all smiles like nothing ever happened…‘bipolar’! I was speechless for the first time, but was dying to get to my car to check the shirt!!! Well, to my dismay there was no miracle as the stains were still there… a little faded but still there nonetheless, and when I looked at my receipt… she still charged me! SHOCKER! Not going back there EVER, and highly recommend staying away unless you’re up for a detailed discourse! Wake up, everyone makes mistakes and it won’t kill you to admit and own it… the only thing she killed was my continued business with her along with all my friends, who has a story of an encounter or two! After a long day, picking up Dry Cleaning… the last thing you want to deal with is an annoying yapping Shitzu with dreads!

Well, after about 5 years of having them handle anything, I’m done with them. Why? I picked up my shirts, wrapped in plastic, with tags, and let them sit in my closet for about a week, typical. When I grabbed one of my obligatory blue ones I noticed it had been discolored and splashed with something. I thought to myself, «Self, this shirt is pretty-much done». I could’ve barged-in there and started yelling like I bet a few people would, but they’ve always been congenial so I started out by showing them the shirt and saying, «Well, I just saw this in the morni…» «no– no I don’t know what that is that isn’t because of us!» is what she said… Couldn’t believe it. The reality is, this was a $ 30 shirt when I bought it like 3 months ago. No big deal. After«depreciation» I’d say it’s worth maybe $ 5 bucks. If she had said, «You know, I promise you that did not happen here, but because you are saying that it’s come back to you differently, I’ll issue you a $ 5 credit» I would’ve been happy. But NO! It was not us and I don’t know how it happened! So at this point I decided I’d have some satisfactory conversation and I said, «So you’re saying either I brought it to you like this, or this happened after I picked it up from you?» I don’t know but it wasn’t us! Ok whatever. I’m done.

We have been using Tassajara Cleaners for the past 4 years we live in the area. I have to write this review because I think I’ve had enough of the owners attitude problem! They do a good job in cleaning, but the communication and customer services are horrible! Every time I have been treated poorly! I used to make excuse for them — maybe English is their second language and they couldn’t communicate well… But after 4 years, I think the problem goes way beyond! Whether the business is going downhill or is just getting too busy, they had been unable to keep their delivery and drop-off schedules without even a phone to us. A day or two, even a week of delay, is understandable. But this past time, it has been FOUR weeks of delay! We never got our clean clothes back and they didn’t come pick up on the day they promised(after numerous phone calls and a personal visit to remind Michelle, the wife owner!) Today when I called and told her it’s been FOUR weeks, she got all defensive and started yelling over the phone! It is just simply unacceptable! Poor customer service has been going on for 4 years! I put up with it because I have 3 kids under the age of 4 and I didn’t want another to-do list on my part. Dry-cleaning is service provider, and they need to deliver good work and treat their customers with respect.

Having your clothes professionally dry cleaned regularly is a must for me. Even though I shrug at the thought that my clothes cost more than men pay drives me a bit crazy. Now maybe I am imagining this and it really is not true. Regardless the clothes come out so clean here I could care less how much I pay.

This place is top notch. I went to three other places including Country Club and service was bad and shirts never looked crisp. Michelle and Bobby run a good business and Michelle is very picky about how the shirts look. They are friendly and appreciate your business. Best of all prices are pretty reasonable.

Tassajara Cleaners is run by a very nice couple, Bobby and Michelle Lim. I don’t live in the area, nor does my mom, but we come up hereoften to visit my brother and his family. When she is here, my mom drops my brother’s dry cleaning off and picks it up. Michelle always smiles at her and greets her by name, remembering whose order she is picking up. Since this was a repeat visit for me, she smiled and greeted me also. Since we were picking up quite a bit of dry cleaning today, she insisted on carrying it out to the car for us even though it took her four trips(did I mention we were picking up A LOT?) Michelle is always so friendly and the dry cleaning is always ready on time and spotlessly cleaning and pressed. We’ve never had a problem with things coming back unclean or damaged in any way! This place is a little family owned treasure hidden right in the middle of the Blackhawk Plaza. It is worth searching them out(over near the entrance to Draegers) and trying their service with a smile. You won’t regret it!

Feels like yes: Everything, the owners are a couple. They are very nice and helpful. She called me the next day when she found out that one of my shirts needed special attention, and when I picked up my clothes she visually inspected each garment. One of my shirts had a starch spot and she apologized to me and re-washed my shirt. I really like that attention to detail. Also I noticed all of my clothes had pick hangers and pads. On the pads told me that they are donating a portion of my bill to breast cancer research. How do you say no to that? No one can say no to that. That’s like saying no to Sarah Mclaughlin when she shows you pictures of sad animals in cages and sings«Angel» then asks you to donate to the ASPCA. Your spinal column has to be made of titanium alloy to deny sad puppies and kittens. Bottom line Super friendly service and quality cleaning!
