Totally rip you off with the amount of meat you get .plus it was old and dry and pieces were burnt… not the first time but certainly the last… do yourself a favor and go to quick fire or someplace else… this place is disgusting!

I had the «Veggie Bowl» and it was scrupulous! It had brown rice, black beans, green peppers, green chili sauce, corn salad, with lettuce and guacamole! I really like that they make it right in front of you, too. The staff is really friendly and adds to the ambiance.

The staff is super friendly and helps out within the community! I feel like every time I go in there people are having a fundraiser to help support community sports or music along with charity fundraisers. The food is amazing and its awesome to have a chipotle now down the street. The only down fall is I feel like they give less food in their burrito bowls then any other chipotle I have been to

Extremely disappointed. The app was not working to order ahead so we called it in. When I got there nothing was ready which is no big deal but then a lady made the burrito so quick it was a record braking time. See the photo. Now I know why. This shouldn’t happen. I mean at this point just take time and make it right. This is what came out of the bag. There was tons of hot sauce and incredibly the least amount of chicken cheese etc ever from any chipotle. They get another chance but hope to hear from someone there that cares. (ironic see the saying on the bag)

I LOVE CHIPOTLE! And this location is by far the BEST! I’ve been here every tuesday since they opened and i have had no issues as previously mentioned by some reviewers. The place is a 5 minute drive for me and the wait is a bare minimal even during dinner time. The staff is great and quick (and friendly from my POV) and the food is great with a relatively larger quantity than most locations.

Yay for a Chipotle with no longs and FRIENDLY staff! Seems to good to be true, but it is the truth, I swear. I live about 15 minutes away from Damascus but gladly make the drive there to go to Chipotle wheN I have the craving for it because I know I will be in and out, and get top notch service from the friendly staff. This by far is one of the best Chipotles in the area!

Average. Chipotle flavors aren’t as vibrant as they used to be. This place is a good quick grab.
Though I must say I was not impressed by the sororities… pricey and not much flavor. Didn’t realize I wouldn’t get lettuce an guacamole. Though it was just an extra topping, by a different meal item.

One would think, chain restaurants are the same everywhere. Not so.
I am a bit of a connoisseur of Chipotles thanks to my husband.
This one, not so good. Only one of the three employees was friendly; the other two had the vacant stare/​sullen thing going on.
The food was a little wonky too. The guac didn’t smell or taste ‘right’, and the chicken was burnt.
There’s not a lot of options for food in Damascus, especially places open until 10 on weeknights. This Chipotle needs to improve its customer service and its quality.

Usually love chipotle but fajita burrito bowl was boring. Ate there but they gave so little rice and meat that it was ice cold by the time I paId and sat.
Ordered you build it tacos for the kids but workers didn’t know what that was. I had to show them on the paper menu. Still kids didn’t get to build it.
Very disappointed.

Not sure what Amy is complaining about. It’s the same as any other Chipotle on the planet except it’s newer and more modern looking. The line was almost to the door but we, family of 5, we thru in 5 minutes. Pretty normal for any chipotle.

We have been going to Chipotle in Damascus about once a week since it has opened and have not had the issues mentioned in the previous review. The food has been fresh, tasty, and a good value for what you get. Our favorite item has been the chicken burrito bowl with black beans and loaded with goodies. They now have tofu as an option.

The slowest location EVER! The music was so loud that the people preparing my order couldn’t hear me. Every item was incorrect. The cashier was causing a huge bottleneck and the food isn’t that great. If you are a fan of Baja Fresh, you will not like the cheap fatty flavors of Chipotle.
