Elephant Bar Restaurant

Came here for drinks with my coworkers to celebrate my birthday tonight and I am disappointed with my service.
Kelli was amazing! She was our bartender at the beginning of the night and she gave us excellent customer service and was very attentive while she served us.
At some point another guy named David or Daniel came in and he was honestly the only reason I am giving this place one star. He ruined my birthday outing. I wasn’t heavily intoxicated when he did last call and I ordered three shots, he very rudely told me I could only get one drink at a time. I said ok and got my ONE shot.
My friend ordered another drink for herself David/​Daniel looked at me and said «is this for you or for HER?» before he got her the drink she ordered.
I would understand denying someone alcohol if they were drunk and out of control because I have worked at a restaurant and know what it’s like to deal with drunk people, but I wasn’t even buzzed yet! That’s the most infuriating part of it all.
Definitely won’t be going back to this establishment ever again.

0mg!!! New Menu… not good!!! This place has a good menu BEFORE… Now the Menu, Foods and Service went down the drain, really deep!!! No more deep fried calamari– It’s now Soy –Ginger Calamari… it’s like chewing rubber band, My GF and I have ordered Orange Peel Chicken [NO TASTE] and for me, Mongolian Beef [TOO MUCH SOYSAUCE AND VERY SALTY]-Panda Express has better taste of Orange Chicken… If Chef Gordon Ramsay tasted the foods on this place, he will say…“eh! All of you! Come here! Taste it! Taste it, taste it, taste it!!!“F_ _​KING MORON!!! The only good thing there that I ordered is Martini, Gray Goose… I will never go back to this place again!!!

The worst service I have ever had!!! Never in my life have I had this type of service. Her name was Paige. Didn’t smile at all. Not sure if she was having a bad day or if she was sick. My co worker and I came in and took a table at the bar. She came about 15 min later saying «are we waiting for more». No hello or how r you guys doing today. I said yes waiting for 4 more. Hence there was two of us already sitting. 4 + 2= 6. She comes back and gives us 4 menus. Not a word. We Sat for about another 10 min. She walked by a few times and I asked her can I order appetizers and she says sure one second… Other servers walk by and we ask, can we order appetizers. One waitress yes, Paige can Help you and she walked away. 20 min later. Paige walks by and again I ask, hey can we order appetizer.
Finally order is placed and we wait forever for my water with a lemon and a smoothie drink. Our friends finally come. Another 20 min later… Only the smoothie came. Our whole table was here and not once did Paige come by and say hey… We had to wave her down to order our food and everyone else’s drink…
Food comes… I must say the runners were nicer than our waitress. They asked if we needed anything else. As for the food, it was pretty good. Had a little bit of everyone’s. Teriyaki chicken was def the best. My friends wanted another drink… Paige couldn’t be found, so they just stood up and walked to the bar and the friendly bartender made them a drink.
All of us chowed down on our food… Did Paige come over and ask if everything was ok. YOU GUESSED IT! Nope. She came to our table way after we were done. Our manager who actually was paying for the meal had to wave her down for the check. My manager asked for two receipts– 1. For the food 2. For the drinks. [expensing the meal lol] Paigem comes back with three different receipts!!! Didn’t understand that.
Anywho, meal eaten, drinks drank, all paid for. Manager leaves and the rest are sitting at the table.
One good thing out of this dinner was I think was the manager. We asked him if we can get waters to go. He got it for us quick and he also took a picture for us.
Paige, you should find another occupation. Customer service is not your forte, sorry

I remember back in the day… When I took the bus with my highschool boyfriend to the mall… And tried elephant bar. Those years are waaayyy are beyond me, my brain is fuzzy now but my family and I came here for a random dinner after Christmas shopping.
The menu lacks variety! Service is ehhh! But I do love the lettuce wraps a lot. Like a lot a lot. But the dishes are all mediocre, basic mall restaurants stuff.
