*For girls looking for a Promise & Engagement Rings* My soon-to-be fiancé and I stumbled onto Zales while at Northpark. We(more realistically I) was in search for the perfect promise ring. I Instantly found the perfect one here but since it was our first place, we decided to check out other jewelers and WOW! The prices just went kept getting higher and higher. So, we circled back to here and bought the promise ring we first looked at. So, save yourself some time, leg cramps, and a whole sweat and forego the marathon and check out here first.

I bought a 700 dollar ring from here over 2 weeks ago and sent it off to get sized. When I called up to check on my order the sales rep Shawn had the worst attitude rushed me off the phone and hung up in my face. I had to call from a different number to get him to answer again and then he still wasn’t helpful at all. On top of that I saw basically the same ring down stairs for about the same price who said they could’ve resized it on the spot same day.

Bad customer service! Went here to buy wedding rings and couple days before wedding, I drop by to see why rings aren’t ready yet. Turns out my wedding ring wouldn’t be ready for another month! I never would have bought the ring in the first place if the salesman didn’t promise me the ring would be there on time. AND I don’t appreciate the fact that they didn’t bother to call and tell me. They gave me the beat up display ring to use, but I didn’t like getting married without the actual ring I paid for. Sales people don’t know what they’re doing.

We have always had good experiences with this location. Our one outing to a different jeweler but same company leads us to drive 30 miles out of our way just to come here. We wanted to get my fiancé’s ring adjusted but learned that this particular metal can not be changed size, but needs to be ordered in the approproiate size. I wish we had known that at the other location or even had been sized properly to avoid this. We decided on a different kind of metal after speaking with the gentleman here. They had this particular ring in my fiancé’s size so we left out with our item that night. Service was a little slow but the employee that was helping us was in his first week on the job.

My husband purchased my wedding band here through Sam last October. I visit the store every two months to have my ring clean. I’m never greeted, I always have to greet the employees. I still ask myself why I even bother to visit. Everytime we walk in Sam is working and he never remembers us. We took my Wedding band and ring here last week to have it cleaned. As we walked through the door, there were about four workers in seperate corners. No one greeted us, we were checking out the Movado watches for about three minutes before we greeted someone. Sam walked over and goes yes. I look at my husband in disbelief. I don’t understand why the service is awful, we really spent ample funds at Zales around our wedding time. Everyone know weddings are very costly. We are in need of matching Movados, guess where we will not purchase them. It’s sad that unfairness still exist.
