Wish their lobby was open 24⁄7 but hey it’s What-A-Burger and you can’t beat that. I’ve eaten everything on the menu and it’s all delicious.

This is a classic American style burger place. Very dense white bread dough, traditional toppings. The onion rings were excellent. A step above other national chains but not the most delicious burger I’ve ever had. The French fries were great!

I’m a huge fan of huge tasty burgers. They also have these things that are known as french fries and they’re salted perfectly. Their chicken tenders are pretty awesome too. I wish we had this back home.

Whataburger is Whataburger. Always hot. Always fresh. And always made to order. This morning was my first time to try breakfast, ordering the #25 Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit. My feelings are mixed on this. The biscuit was nothing special. The chicken tender was large, hot, and moist. The honey butter was delicious but there was only a smattering on the biscuit not providing much relief to the dry biscuit. Had this had more HB it would have been perfect. I’ll definitely give it a second chance — there is just too much potential. The burn your mouth fresh fries and friendly employees keep the biscuit from costing the review a star.

The one in Coppell is terrible. I recommend not going. We have never had a good hamburger here. From getting a burned hamburger bun, to soggy buns, to hardly any lettuce — they do not have the former quality of a true What A Burger.

As far as fast food burgers go, good luck topping our Whataburger. Though only offered in Texas, it’s definitely a stop for a quick bite if you can’t decide on anything else. However, my experience at this particular location has been less than spectacular. When I walked up to order, they asked if I wanted the A1 thick and hearty. Not a bad thing, it’s common for stores to try and sell the new special at the time. However, I put in an order for a Double Meat Whataburger. Pretty straightforward, but when I received the receipt it noted the A1 burger. I ended up receiving my original order, but there’s a definite price discrepancy between the two. I asked about it and they RIPPEDMYRECEIPT(see picture). The small 30 cent difference isn’t a huge deal to me, but this struck me as uncaring and unethical. Be wary of this location!

It seems like no matter what time of day you go here, you will be served attitude by the women here. It’d be nice to get a smile once in a while instead of «kill me, I hate my life, now take your food and get the heck out of here». The only reason they get 2⁄5 stars and not one is that my order has never been wrong here. Just sick of their poor attitudes every single day.

I’m not really a fast food person. I won’t eat at McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell or the other crap out there. But Whataburger is too good to call fast food. They have specialty burgers that are awesome. I love the Monterey Melt. Is it my favorite? No. But is really good for what it is.

If you only have time for fast food you might want to avoid the Lemmon and Inwood area Whataburger like the plague during the late shift. The last three times I’ve been through the drive thru there’s been a 10+ minute wait to advance even one vehicle. I just waited over 20 minutes and got a cold a hamburger and cold french fries. How is that even possible? And I appreciate the last few times I’ve been there, getting a sincere apology for the wait, however I would rather them just get it right for a change. Instead I’m just not ever going back again. Thanks Whataburger for absoluting nothing, unless me feeling like a fool for trusting your piss poor service, yet again, amounts to anything. The night shift manager needs to be terminated immediately and replaced by someone who cares. Had I been given a receipt with my purchase tonight I’d be including the appropriate names in this draft. Gee, I wonder why you don’t give receipts out? I wonder if it’s so we don’t have the handy customer service number the phone in complaints… anyway, good riddance.

This has to be one of the best Whataburgers I’ve visited in my time. The staff is very welcoming, well mannered, and well spoken. The cleanliness of this location in particular is spot on, as not only the restrooms were flawless, but the dining area and drink counter as well. Topping off the review is the quality of the food: I don’t know how they did it, but my burger tasted much better at this location, as well as the fries not under/overcooked. The older gentleman who was my cashier stopped by our booth three times during the duration of our meal to ask if we needed any condiments, napkins, another order, or refills on our drinks. I can honestly say I’ve been treated much better at this Whataburger than half of the sit down restaurants I’ve visited in my time. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

«Just like you like it.» About sums it up. I’m a pretty big fan of Whataburger, and this store gets it done. I was happy enough with the speed and cheerfulness of the service as well. The only thing I wasn’t thrilled with while I was there was the behavior of other patrons. Seriously, don’t we all know that fast food dining requires us to bus our tables? Also, there was a gentleman who was not bashful about freely using the mf bomb during a story he just had to tell his buddies. Sorry sir, your smoker’s cough doesn’t cover your rude behavior.

Whataburger makes the best hamburgers of any hamburger joint on the face of the planet. There’s just no way around that fact. :-)

Don’t go to this location unless you have an hour to kill. It took the girl 10 minutes to take my order and another 10 for it to come out. I guess I didn’t realize it took that long for a salad. There was a guy sitting sitting near me who had been waiting for longer than I had and the monkeys behind the counter began to argue with each other when he went up to ask about his order. This is the worst experience I’ve had at any location and will wait for a sign that says under new management before I come here again.

Today was a rare occasion that we opted to go inside to eat. I was completely amazed at the service, I am assuming the manager(Mohammed), gave. While we were sitting down, he actually walked around to every table to ask about their experience and if there was anything he could do for us. He got one table a coffee and fetched a lid for another. This was definitely an unexpected surprise from a Whataburger or any fast food join for that matter. Great job Mohammed! It is really nice to see someone care about their customers like you do.

Oh the incompetence of the employees at this location. Closest fast food place by my casa and I need a quick breakfast and ice tea hook up. They fail miserably on every visit. Don’t leave the drive thru at this location with out checking everything, they don’t even know sweet tea from unsweetened. So disappointed but will travel further and avoid this place.

Whataburger is the best. Even bad service at some locations make up for what you get in the bag. The best burgers ever.

This place is okay. I am biased since I like other burger joints better. They do have interesting items that I would go there particularly for. Chicken strips with white gravy and toast LOL. I know I’m in Texas, Yee Haw!

Youmightwanttoslowdownwhentakingordersatthedrivethru [breath] becausenoonecanunderstandwhatyou’resaying. The woman taking my order couldn’t have possibly talked any faster! Maybe because Shadow was in the car and hanging his curious head out of the window, but seriously… she wanted me out of that drive-thru fast! It was almost too quick, like she could have cared less. And I also couldn’t understand her, which didn’t help either. Other than that, my taquitos were tasty and soaked up the previous night’s wine charade lickity-split. They were a tad chinchy with the salsa though. This condiment queen needs her damn hot sauce! Glad to have Whataburger close by though. It’s a life saver when needed.

If I want a fastfood burger, this IS what a burger should be… but this review is about breakfast which was a new experience at Whataburger for me. I got started late and had to hit the highway and decided eating in the car was my best option… but the cereal and milk I could prep as a quickie had a high spill factor to them. Thus, I ended up at the local Whataburger and it wasn’t half bad! Had the chicken biscuit with some sort of honey butter sauce on it(kind of messy but tasty), and it came with really good fried hashbrown goodness — like elongated tater tots at breakfast — yay! Plus, the people working the drive through were so happy and peppy in the morning, how can I NOT«have a great day»? Will this be a regular? Not really. Can’t compete with my Lucky’s, La Duni, Bread Winner’s, or Dream Café if I choose to eat breakast out. But in the world in which Whataburger competes, it beats the heck out of McD, Burger King, or whoever else is doing fast food breakfast out there.
