Dropped in to pick up lunch for the office from Which Wich on Lemmon thinking I would pick up several of their delicious Chicken Salad sandwiches. Normally I would avoid a vegan sandwich, but I noticed a customer eating one. Feeling adventuresome, I decided to try the classic Southwest Wrap. The sandwich was WONDERFUL. Absolutely the best fast food sandwich I have ever eaten. The tortilla was soft, the ingredients were flavorful, fresh and perfectly blended. This wrap will be my new go to order at Which Wich. The only downside to the visit is the parking lot is a little wide at lunch.

Before you judge me for reviewing a chain restaurant, please give me a chance to explain… As a vegetarian, it’s rare that there is more than one or two menu options available for me. At Which Wich, I can mix and match the dozens of items on their little brown bags for the vegetarian delight of my choice. It only costs a couple of dollars, too. My favorite sandwich, «which» my carnivore husband also adores, is the«tomato and avocado» option on the vegetarian bag. I order this one wheat bread, served hot, with mozzarella, hummus, chipotle mayo, and cucumbers. This may not sound like anything fancy, but TRUSTME, it’s life changing. You’re welcome in advance. If anyone else is a vegetarian and/or a control freak, Which Wich is the perfect lunch option. Sandwiches can be a bit of a mess, depending on what you order, so make sure to take napkins if you get your ‘which to go!

Are you a good Which or a bad Which? Ew! Definitely a bad Which! I got the Reuben and I must say that the mixture of corn beef and saurkraut smelled so odd that I thought twice about eating it. I took a bite and it tasted something awful. I was immediately disappointed that I chose this place over my usual Potbelly. I’m an emotional eater, so my sadness about this terrible smelling/tasting«sandwich» caused me to eat the whole thing. I finished this sandwich and sat there disgusted with myself. Utterly disgusted! I got up and forced myself to vomit this atrocity up, mostly due to fear that I would be poisoned by it come morning. I will say that the sandwich tasted better coming up and out than it did going in. I think the mixture of my stomach acids with it must have jazzed up the abysmal flavor it originally had. Anywho…not a fan.

Let’s start out with the name… Which Wich Superior Sandwiches, sets pretty high expectations when you put«superior» in your name. So, upon those high expectations you will be judged… Concept…Not sure what makes it «cool» to write your own order down on your sandwich bag, but I guess it makes them unique. I prefer to tell my order to a person.(2) Friendliness of the Staff: these folks are hustling and seem to be happy doing their job(4) Speed of Service: Although they were hustling they were not keeping up with the orders… maybe short-staffed.(2) Taste: I have been here several times trying several things and they are just«ok» and I have for sure had many better sandwiches at many other places.(2) Including«Superior» in your name when you are not…(1)

A frequent customer through online ordering because this location is closest to my work. Always very fast, friendly and clean with great staff. One member of the staff made my experience above any other when she realized my online order did not go through she made the proper arrangements and fixed me problem right away. Thank you«Big Mama» Chris, she is a great person and Which Wich should be lucky to have her on their staff. I will continue my business with them because of all the above. Thank you!

Which wich? Potato potatta, tomato tomatta. Lol well that was random. Ok so on to the review of this high end sandwich shop delicacy. Which Wich is one of those places that you can literally pass by hundreds of times and never go into. Well, being that I always have an inquisitive eye(in more ways than one folks), Good ‘ol Tome-Kat had to give this place a try. So, during lunch, I dropped by and man was I not disappointed. Upon entering Which which I immediately noticed how nice this place is. Unlike Subway and some of the other big chains it was very intimate and very clean. Their menu allows for you to completely customize your sandwich which in turn allows you to completely customize your experience. On this particular occasion, I decided to go with the Monte-Cristo. It was OK. I probably should have gone with another sandwich. But their service was fast and I even got a free cookie for checking in. I was definitely feeling that. Overall, this place was a nice addition to my steady catalog of sandwich spots along the medical district/Uptown corridor and the customer service was fantastic. I’ll be back and I suggest you drop by. Chao!

Service was great the the sandwich itself was horrible. It was super salty. I ordered the BBQ pork one and it didnt taste like BBQ at all. The coleslaw was more mayo than anything. It was very watery. I’m not sure if I will return to try anything else.

We love Which Wich! We have an excellent sandwich every time. The staff is always friendly and quick. It’s an excellent value as well. We are vegetarians and there are a lot of vegetarian options… caprese, avocado, hummus, black bean patty etc. There are a lot of ingredient options that would seem to be considered extras in other shops. Its just solid sandwich making in a friendly place. Good job, Which Wich!

Goddamnit this location is inconsistent. A few months ago when I visited, they made me the most delicious salad exactly according to my specifications. This time, they omitted 2 of my ingredient selections, and didn’t even bother to fill the bowl up 2⁄3 of the way. Maybe the folks on shift were just not good at salads, but it’s worth checking for all the ingredients before waddling to your car with your meal. Wish I had checked mine before driving back to work as I would have utilized their satisfaction guarantee(refund, redo, or both). Blah.

Compared to Subway or Quiznos, Which Wich is far better sammich in my opinion. A regular sandwich is almost enough for 2 meals. The standout add-ons that make my creations pop are the olive spread and crispy onion strings. Hmmm. In a nutshell, the bread is good, the ingredients are what you would expect from a sammich shop. You build your own, so if you don’t like it, you probably ordered wrong.

My FAVORITE sandwich shop! Everything I have ever tried from here has been pretty good. My coworker had suggested it to me and I had never heard it. We tried it out one night and I was thrilled with our experience– which is why we keep coming back! Firstly, you pick a bag from the group the sandwich you want is in. Such as Italian, Turkey, Ham, Veggie… etc. Then you pick which sandwich from that group you want. Check off all the extras and proceed to checkout! They make it right there and keep it very organized. Sometimes they can be a littttle slow, but the sandwich in the end is worth. The shakes are great as well! Also, you can get a rewards card and eventually it amounts to a free sandwich– win!

So I decided to try the Pizzawhich, as it sounded delicious on the back of the brown paper sack(no 40oz included…). I added some banana peppers, mozzarella cheese, and some onions. Upon receiving my carefully crafted sandwich, I removed the wrapper and found the bread so soggy that when I went to take the first bite all the toppings(pizza sauce included) fell out of the sandwich and managed to land on my pants and shoes. I ended up throwing the sandwich out and leaving after one bite. For $ 12.18, I think I’ll stick with Potbelly’s or Subway for a lunch sandwich.

This is Which Wich done right. The staff knows exactly what’s up with a working lunch and can get you in and out in about 30 minutes. This location is one of my favorites not only for the efficient service but also because they offer a free cookie with a Unilocal check-in. Yes, I’m a cookie whore. Don’t judge. If you love Which Wich, you’re gonna love this location. If you don’t, you should give Which Wich a try and start with this location. True story.

Subway has NOTHING on which wich!(except more locations). I love all the options and everything is much more fresh. Plus you can order online so you don’t have to wait in line. Eagerly awaiting an app to make it easier for us on the go.

I’m addicted. IMO this place slings a dang good sandwich, as good as Great American and way more reasonably priced. Had the roast beef on wheat w-pepper jack, hot pepper relish and other fresh toppings. Served quickly and politely, I will be back on a regular basis. I wish they had real brewed tea and not that dispenser thing.
