Compared to other Whataburgers this one was lacking considerably. First off, I am driving in the Parking lot and there is no sign letting people know they cannot get out of the drive thru once they enter. Very annoying. Walk in, some tables are dirty. They have no sweet tea. Only 3 other customers in the store. My fries sat underneath the heat lamp. Chicken was fresh. The cashier made no effort to clean the tables or refill the tea urn. I wouldn’t go to this whataburger unless it was just necessary.

What is there to dislike about Whataburger. The food is great and the service is good for a fast food place.

So I came at 1:50am there were 5 cars in the drive through not one moved in 10min, if I could drive out of the line I would but was trapped. When I came up to the window it was well staffed, manager hanging out talking socially to employees. Drive through takes way too long go somewhere else definitely not worth it. Unlike other whataburger locations the dine in is usually open 24hrs well again not this one.

The ordering process was a hassle! My friend landed at DAL and got to our hotel around 11pm. So we just decided to go to a local chain to grab food and ear at the hotel. We pull up to the drive-thru and the lady can’t understand half of what our shuttle driver was saying, then when we would try to correct the order she would get even more confused(I’m assuming the mic is very old); she mistook«With cheese» as «Unsweet» for the iced tea. As luck would have it she managed to put no onions on my «double burger» which turned out to be a single, and gave my friend a double with cheese in place of a single. Fine, my friend just gave me the extra patty. The fries were really salty but the unsweetened tea was good.

This whataburger was wonder the cashiers were nice, my food was quick, presentable, and I must say the best and favorite part about my experience here was my server BRAXTON. He was very nice and gave EXCELLENT customer service I would definately return to this whataburger just in hopes to receive the same customer service as he gave. Thanks BRAXTON!

Visiting Dallas, we were told to try Whataburger. So off we go! I had the double meat whataburger meal. The burger was huge!!! Tasty, juicy and yummy! The fries was ok, i think they forgot to sprinkle some salt. My hubby had the A1 burger and he loved it. Devoured it in no time. Wish there’s one in Vegas. I still love in n out though. Will definitely go to whataburger again if/when we come back to Texas.

The food was hot and delicious and the establishment was clean. But what made this Whataburger 5-star is the staff. They were very friendly, made menu suggestions, and even checked on us a few minutes after getting our food to make sure everything was good. Not very many fast food places take the time to make sure the guest is satisfied with their order. This staff is a role model for outstanding customer service!

I grew up eating these burgers and trust me. When hot it’s amazing. In the last 10 years since I left Dallas I always stop by to relive my childhood. Each time I find myself disappointed just as I did again this weekend. Inevitably the drive through takes forever. Friday night was no exception. I waited about 15 min to prefer and get through the line. The burger was cold when it arrived. The burger was warm but all the toppings are cold so it’s was cold almost instantly. The fries were overbooked and hard. The only good part of my meal was a fountain Dr. Pepper. I hardly drink sodas but it’s a treat sometimes! Don’t bother –to many good burgers these days you can definitely find better.

Decent fast food that is indeed different from what I get at home. So Yes, when I can I stop in to try something different. This location is doing it just fine. The staff was decently helpful each time, even making a point to ask me if I needed anything while they saw me waiting for my order. The food was good each time, and they are open 24hours… so win win.

Was excited to try Whataburger so I could exclaim«What a burger!» Especially after perusing their online menu and seeing they had a Double Green Chile burger. Nummy num. Instead…I felt more like Michael Douglas in «Falling Down.»(Don’t get the reference? You need to Youtube it) First off they claimed to not have the Double Green Chile burger. Big disappointment. The burger I did get was just meh and looked like hell. The bun was squished and the toppings were haphazardly thrown on. I got the meal deal and Jeebus Christ if the so-called-medium soda weren’t a 55 gallon drum of obesity & diabeetus. The scary thing is that mondo-tub-o-soda actually fit into my rental car’s cupholder. The fries were absolutely nothing special and were salty as all get out. Overall, meh is the word of the day. I’m disappointed and next time will be heading to In ‘N’ Out for a double double animal style instead.

Great burger for a very reasonable price. Better than the mega-chain burger joints.

For a fast food joint, this place goes above and beyond. I work near here, and even in the peak lunchtime hour, food is served quickly and efficiently, and even with a smile! For an early breakfast or a quick lunch, this Whataburger location is your strongest bet.

After driving around Dallas for the past 2 days and seeing this burger joint everywhere, I decided to try it out. Think whopper with mustard. Oh and they have fried apple pies, the way Mc Donalds used to do it. That is all…

I’ve seen Whataburger all over Dallas, so I wondered could this be as good as ‘In & Out’ in California? I’ve been here twice. The first time, they messed up my order. I said ‘No Mustard’, and I get mustard on my burger. Overall, it’s a decent burger and fries. It’s not that healthy for you as I could feel the calories as I was digesting my meal. I’ll maybe come back as it’s open late. It’s not as good as ‘In & Out’ from California.
