Whataburger

Wrong location lol

This welcoming behemoth of a fast food restaurant can be deceiving.
We ran by for a late dinner and had an A1 thick and hearty burger, the wife a #7 mayo, not mustard less the cheese. Our meals were packed with care, not thrown. The fries were fresh, and not heavy on the salt, as I like them, thank you!
I can tell you our meals were not rushed, how you ask? Well, each individual bag was carefully placed and not thrown as are most places that simply want to get rid of a huge line of cars/​patrons.
Our only issue was with our sons burger but we easily removed the unwanted condiments. We had asked for a just for kids burger without onions but still got them in the sandwich.
Mikia at the window was very friendly and her people skills were showing! She even troubled to ask us about our evening when I am used to the cliché «ketchup?»
Overall, we were surprised at the rating this place got. We didn’t wait long for our meals, we used the drive thru. I’m sure any business can become overwhelmed due to sporting events, conventions, parties, etc. This is so at work too, busy is good and bad. The crew we had this evening can be described as efficient.

The food is always hot but it always takes sooooooo long! I won’t be returning to this location. Always a problem.
