Came thru D/T at 7:00PM, on 11÷1÷2015. The Speaker did not work and I could not understand anything they were saying. I ordered 2 Quarter Pounders with Cheese, no onions or Pickles. The Kid collecting money was the same one taking orders, the speaker was so bad it was slowing the D/T line. After paying I was next to the pick up window. The girl there just stared at me. She didn’t say a word, my order was right in front of her. Finally she picked it up and handed it to me. I tried to confirm the order with her. She had no clue, she wanted me to hand it back to her! Then she asked me if I ordered a McChicken? I said no and she told me to wait! I said to her she should say«Hello» when a customer pulls up, she wanted to argue with me. She insisted she said hello when I was waiting for a greeting and none came. I pulled away and went home. The Quarter Pounders were disgusting, the meat looked an hour old. I used to go to the one on W. Illinois Ave, now I think this one is off my list too. Sorry to say, another totally mismanaged McDonalds, untrained employees and equipment that doesn’t work. I paid $ 8.42 for this! McDonalds is no longer a place I would ever go to eat, but this place is Disgusting!

Stopped by this location while i was in route to a meeting in Dallas. Its your typical Mc Donalds with a jazz twist. The first thing i noticed was the smooth jazz pumping thru the speakers and the jazz artist statues placed throughout the lobby. Cute twist. Beyond the traditional Mc D’s fair, I really appreciate the fast and friendly service. Hot, evenly salted fries… Got to love it.
