Walked in, not acknowledged. Shopped around, nothing. Left, not a word from anyone. Just 2 girls chatting at the register. Needless to say not coming back here. Not the best customer service to just look at who walks in and keep on going with your personal conversation. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

This is where I got my dress! Melody was super nice and made me feel so special! She had no problem with me trying on the same dresses more than once and when I did make my choice she made me feel so confident in my choice and like the world’s most beautiful bride

I ordered a bridesmaid dress from The Laughing Willow Boutique on December 24th, 2013. I received a call on May 7, 2014 that it had arrived. I went up there to pick up/try it on and it is NOT the dress I ordered. The sales associate assisting me stated that she couldn’t help me with the issue and that I would need to wait for another associate, Melody, to arrive. When {Melody} arrived, I explained to her that the dress that had arrived was not the same one that I had ordered. Melody stated to me, «that this sort of thing happens all the time. That bridesmaids and brides don’t recognize their dresses after so much time has passed.» So, I sent the bride a picture of the dress that had come in(she accompanied me to the salon when I purchased the dress initially, back in December) and she also agreed that it was not the right one. I told {Melody} that I thought there had been a mistake made and that the incorrect style number had been submitted as my order due to the fact that we had been so rushed when we had come in for our initial try on and since the style numbers are only a digit difference. She started to aggressively argue that she had been working for this boutique(formally Emma’s Bridal Boutique in Oak Lawn, TX) for years and that she’s never made a mistake before. {Melody} said there was nothing she could do, and that Style 326WAS the dress I ordered. She then proceeded to inform me that even if I didn’t want the dress, that she couldn’t do anything or order another one because it would not arrive in time for the wedding. I tried to request that I receive a refund because it was not the dress I had ordered and then, when I explained to her the style that I had ordered, she said that, «most girls prefer the style I received(#326) because it tends to have a maternity look on some.» Then she continued to reiterate to me again and again that the dress that had come in was already paid for and there is nothing she could do. My receipt has no style number on it, no print stating that no refunds or exchanges will be accepted and there’s no record of an invoice of my initial order. I am highly offended that the associate was so hostile and unaccommodating to try and make any attempt to a compromising solution. Her customer service skills were lacking and I would not recommend any one purchase their bridal or bridesmaids dresses from this boutique.
