I’m always greeted with a great smile and friendly service in the morning. This is so important before my first cup of coffee… The staff always gets my order correct and the service is fast…

Love my baristas here!!! They always greet me with a smiling face. They always get my order correct. Once it was a little to sweet and they made me a new one. Ill got out of my way to go to this location. Its always clean. Quick on service. They seem to have a lot of product in the store also. Great for Christmas! I know they wont let me down come time for the holiday shopping.

Very nice atmosphere and ditto, great staff, like the sitcom Cheers, You wanna go where everybody knows your name… they saw my face in there several days a week for a few weeks and began greeting me by name. Parking gets a little scarce at times but the parking lot is what it is. I tend to linger for an hour during lunch break so I may be responsible for the limited parking, sorry.

2 ½ great things about this particular Starbucks is:
1. It’s right off the freeway so it’s a quick exit and entrance if you’re headed north on 35.
2. They are certainly fast so don’t let the long line on the drive-​through for you; average time in and out is less then two minutes.
2.5. Sometimes they are very friendly and sometimes it’s just matter-​of-​fact; I can’t really say that’s negative.

I love this location, it is right by my office. The staff is wonderful. I get my usual green tea frap with out syrup, it is amazing! The line in the drive though can be quite long in the morning, though I know I can always go in side. The manager is great, he is always there. I have only ever had one or two issues with my drinks and they quickly fix them, I always leave happy.

My favorite Starbucks in the country. which is meaningful because I traveled 90% for 5 years. The staff is extremely friendly… even let me name my drink. Robyn in particular is EXTREMELY wonderful to see every morning.

Extremely friendly staff!!! However they can get pretty busy and their parking lot is too small it is almost impossible to get out in the mornings! The coffee sometimes has a weird taste like burned so I only purchase sweet tea from this location. I can say the friendly service makes up for it though.

My favorite starbucks. Great staff and speedy service. They tend to be really busy in the mornings so its best to allow a little wait time. Parking can also be diffult due to tbe cramped lot.

Everyone knows I’m a coffeholic but this is one of the poor locations. My coffee tasted stale its only 11:45 and it took way toooooo long drive thru. The parking lot is a hit or miss horrible. But friendly workers.

All I have to say is their parking lot sucks. I’ve only been there twice, but both times I had issues and today is the first time I was actually able to get a cup of coffee. The drive-​thru line is to the street so that’s out of the question. If you can’t find a spot then you have to make a big block to come back again. I ended up having to park at the hotel next door. The line inside was just as long outside. Once I was able to place my order it was fairly quick to receive my drink, but this whole ordeal took about 25 minutes. So if you are wanting a quick cup of coffee in the morning then this is not the place for you.

Second time in a row the coffee has tasted burned. I’ve been going to another location since the first time, in a rush I stopped to give them another try. Again it was bitter and burned. Drive thru took a while, but the staff were very friendly.

Horrible customer service … Not only did I wait in line for ½ hour when I got to the window they didn’t even have change for a $ 100 dollar bill so even though 6 drinks that I ordered were made and sitting there I guess the got thrown away ., for sure never going back

The workers here are not friendly at all but the most important thing to me was the EXTREMELY burnt taste of their coffee! I drink my coffee really light and with a lot of ice, usually with no dairy or sugar. The aftertaste was left in my mouth and breath for the rest of the day after I had an iced americano here with two less shots than the «usual» americano yet it was still such a burnt taste that it stuck with me forever. :(

I’ve been coming to this particular Starbucks for over 5 yrs now. I stop here 3 – 4 times per week on my way to work. This Starbucks has one of the most CONSISTENT staff’s that I’ve ever seen. Fast, very friendly, and I can’t remember a time where they messed my order up.
Friday’s seem to be their busiest day of the week. Parking can be a little tricky and the drive-​thru line is ALWAYS packed starting at around 7am. When it gets too busy, they’re good about putting an employee outside with a computer and taking your order well before you reach the drive-​thru speaker.

As far as Starbucks goes, this one has got it down. The thing about Starbucks is that, typically, no one in the stores knows about coffee, or the difference between a latte and a cappuccino. This place knows both.
All the employees here seem knowledgeable about coffee, they all deliver stellar service constantly, and they do, in fact, know the difference between a latte and a cappuccino.
Now, they still can’t touch the local coffee places, but they come about as close as any chain store could.
Definitely recommend it if you’ve got a meeting in the area… because there’s no other reason to be hanging out in this neck of the woods!

I love the baristas here. They know their coffee. They know funny jokes. This place is awesome!
It’s open until 10:30 pm. It’s not overly crowded which is a huge plus. It’s a great place when you need to get some work done while enjoying your Starbucks fix.
