Only went here once. Most of the machines are broken. They don’t have decaf. They took a minute to say something on the drive thru intercom. I went inside. Nice crew.

I love Starbucks, especially one with a drive thru. But this one is always a freaking mess. I’ve been stuck in the drive thru for 15 minutes now. I used to work at a Starbucks. Shit ain’t that difficult. This will be the last time I come to this location. Get it together.

Training issues. Trash and cleanup needed in coffee condiment area for almost an hour while I was there. No greetings or thank you. Boxes of supplies not put up in North side of store in customer area. Overall lacking the Starbucks experience. Wish I could give one additional star but really this staff need a bit of refresh training. Customer service.

Convenient location with drive thru, but very busy as one would assume in the morning. Also, they can’t take $ 100 dollar bills as it would«empty» their register. Go figure, with a line out the door they can’t make change for a $ 100 dollar bill.

Who doesn’t love Starbucks and how their products can save you from caffeine withdrawals and the case of the Mondays. However this location slightly disappointed me when I ordered a toasted graham coffee(which was advertised right next to the pumpkin spice latte) and they informed me that they were out of the syrup and weren’t carrying it anymore. When I pointed to the giant sign behind the cashier, the cashier continues to say he didn’t realize that sign was there, I’m the first person to notice it, and he’ll have to take it down later. What??? Ok so it’s safe to assume none of your signs in the store are legit and you may or may not carry what you advertise. Common managers, attention to detail. Store was also Meh in cleanliness. And my bacon Gouda sandwich filling was all hanging off one side of the sandwich, so the other side was just bread. May go to Dunkin Donuts across the street next time.

Soooo slow. There was five cars in line when I pulled up. One car Waited 10 minutes for one car to pull up so I could place my order. Then waited another 7 minutes before I could pull up to the window. Once I was there though, they had my drink ready, and it tasted perfect. I guess it all depends on the time of day you go there.

A Starbucks that gets my drink right almost every time WAHOO! This Starbucks has been a life saver for me. I recently had a baby and have needed a lot of coffee lately, but I have not wanted to venture out of the car to get it. This drive thru is the only one near my house, and every time I got the partners a friendly, helpful, and are always patient with me when somedays I decide to switch up my drink and do not know what it is I would. They have only messed up my drink 1 time and it was a difficult one because I use to be a partner, which is totally understandable. All and all this is my go to Starbucks an if your in the area and need a drive thru this is the only to come to.

I have always liked Starbucks. Especially, being a Gold Member in their rewards program, I enjoy the perks. Being a Gold member means that after every 12 transactions, you receive a free food or drink(any size!). You also receive free refills, in store, with drip or iced coffee or tea. Every birthday you also receive a free birthday drink or food item(any size!). These are just some of the reasons why I continue to frequent Starbucks. I love that this location has a drive-thru. It makes it super convenient to grab a cup of coffee when it is freezing outside or if you are just on the run. I was impressed with how friendly the employees were, especially considering their cold job. The barista shared her excitement over the new flat white and explained that I would love it! This was a great experience and a convenient location. I’ll be back!

I love Starbucks but I HATE this location. I live 2 minutes from this location so I’ve given it plenty of chances. My drinks are never made correctly. I ordered a blackberry mojito lemonade. It tastes like they forgot the lemonade or worse, added water. Never order the fraps either. More ice then coffee. Every time I pull up to the window, the employees are always joking and playing around. So it would make sense that my drink is never as delicious as it’s supposed to be. Never coming back. Id rather drive the distance for better Starbucks.

I have to say that the speed of the drive thru never ceases to amaze me. I’ve been stopping at SB’s off and on for a while and theirs is by far the fastest in the morning when I head to work. I haven’t had a messed up drink yet. Although I’ll keep these other reviews in mind.

There’s no place I’d rather go than Starbucks! Came in and of course was greeted right away with a friendly smile and great customer service. The barista spent time with me as I order a few cake balls and drinks! Super nice guy, very clean on the inside! The smell of amazing coffee!!! YUMMY

Incompetence doesn’t even begin to describe the caliber of people that work here. I’m an easy going dude but this is absolutely beyond me and I’m not one to bash places and write a mile long review, but this MUST be known. On 2 separate occasions, it absolutely blew my mind how someone can literally«screw up a cup of coffee.» No joke — bananas have higher IQ’s than the folks working here. From waiting over 15 minutes to ORDER, to people just standing around screwing around instead of helping, to messing up EACH individual coffee order BOTH times. I thought they were actually doing it on purpose. It is insane to believe that someone actually sat down with these people and said, «YES. This is the type of person I want to work here and represent my franchise!» Again, total loss of words and if NEGATIVE ratings could be issued, I’d give it –5 stars. Main reason I’m writing this is so that management can know. Off with their heads!

I like this location because of the drive thru. If I’m feeling lazy and don’t want to get out of my car, I just zip on through the drive thru. Service is quick, and the people are friendly here.
