This is the second time I’ve asked for a tall caramel macchiato in a grande a cup with extra with an extra drizzle… and I receive a grande drink with a touch of whip. I don’t want extra coffee… I want extra whip… I like the extra whip and not a loaded down oversized coffee… get it right Starbucks as it is so simple… apparently not. Won’t be back… The Starbucks location in Addison on Belt line can do it… so what is you problem… for $ 4 bucks, please just give me what I freaking ask for, no more.

Extremely rude and bad customer service. I purchased two juices and requested a cup of water and the cashier had the nerve to ask me to wait literally for 20 drinks to be made prior to me getting a cup of water. Totally made no sense since I purchased already made drinks and other customers needed to get their drinks mixed and made etc. on top of that I couldn’t understand the cashier and asked her to please repeat herself. Oh and she didn’t forget to offer I buy a bottled water. She had no sense of customer service and is the team person of the month! Completely a joke!

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I ordered a tall caramel frapp, they messed up my order and just made a big mess. The barista was really really rude and my frapp was really all just a ice. If you’re in the mood for Starbucks and you’re at the galleria there is another Starbucks super close walking distance. Do not get anything from the galleria Starbucks it will be a waste of your money

This location is notable because it is FAST. Starbucks was smart with this one because it gets a lot of traffic and they make sure to staff appropriately. If you experienced something else, I can tell you after 20+ visits here that you probably just caught them on a day someone called in sick.
I’ve been working in the office building attached to the mall and so we go here WAY more often than we should (my sad, sad bank account…) and they have never made a mistake on any of my drink orders! They are also really friendly and are capable of making the breakfast and lunch options as well!

Not as good as prior — pricey, even with shared (single fajitas) — beers were now $ 4 for a MILLER LITE! bottle — threshold level. .. service was slow — got part of the food to go and asked for a few more chips and waiter rang it up as an «order» and charged additionally for the chip refill and salsa (all the while providing a very small bag of chips to go) — food, this time fajitas was still VERY good — service was slow and a bit less than warm I’d say — took too long to get our check and to process payment — we got up and were looking around

walked into this starbucks and the line was 10+ deep. i stood in line since most of the time the line goes by super fast. not this one. it didn’t move so i left. won’t be back.

Not a bad location, service is usually quick, but there are LONG lines in the morning. There are places inside and outside to sit. I have been here a few times to read, and people just hang out. The people are friendly too.

It’s a mall starbucks. This location does not have hot breakfast items, also meaning no bagels. Don’t plan on getting breakfast here if you are staying at the Westin. Go to Corner Bakery.

I love this Starbucks crew more than any other location I’ve ever frequented. I work in the mall and when I’m on a break and need my caffeine fix I’m usually in a hurry. Galleria Starbucks staff is fast, efficient, and friendly. I’ll truly miss this crew when I transfer in June.

On my many trips to the Galleria, I made my first stop to this Starbucks recently… I’ll give it 3 stars for right now because it neither disappointed nor impressed me to any extent. I will most likely revisit this review fairly soon because once I find a Starbucks in an area that I frequent, I will stop for a caffeine hit on a regular basis.
