I had the BEST experience here. 50 min facial with Anne and 80 min massage with Stephen. That combo was for a groupon of $ 100 and it was a STEAL!
Nice small spa with all the essentials. I had to split my services between two days but the front desk was very accommodating as far as scheduling.
Saturday morning facial with Anne was the best I’ve ever had– she made my face look so fresh and firm again. She mentioned the upgrades (which I might try later) but I have sensitive skin so I stuck with the regular for now. She was very conscious of my skin and treated it appropriately! She’s very sweet, I highly recommend Anne!
Monday night, 80 min massage with Stephen. I had heard he was the best from the front and Anne. They weren’t lying. It may have been like 85 min– again they treated me so well. I had crazy stuff going on in my body and he really helped work it out. The type of pain you need momentarily and all worth it when you feel him work tissue out.
Debating a membership– $ 69/​mo for one facial or massage… Not a bad deal

Spa 810 quickly resolved my dispute. Shout out to Bridget for being very kind and helpful! I was wrong about the business and will be giving them another shot.

Ask for David! Easy going energy. Soft touch but definitely put the pressure on the problem areas. I am disappointed that I can’t see him more often. This will be my go to spot everytime I’m in Dallas! Thank you David :)

Man oh man… I was sooo excited about get an 90 minute massage for my birthday. My husband and I bought Groupons for the 90 minute massage and they were able to accommodate us just 2 days prior. I should have taken this as a sign. I knew we weren’t going to get the favorites but I figured there had to be a standard that spa810 expected out of their masseuses.
So we arrived and my husband got an older woman and he said it was the worse experience he’s ever had. Besides being a part of my birthday celebration, we wanted to get massages because my husband had pulled something in his back. He said he informed the masseuse and she spent all of 10 – 15 minutes on his back and the rest of the time on his neck. He asked for a deep tissue massage and he said there wasn’t a lot of pressure but more pulling. Also, she wouldn’t stop talking to him and explaining the science behind massage. Really, he didn’t come for a science lesson, but to feel relaxed or at least have his back massaged properly.
My masseuse, Ariel (a guy), was better. He offered me a complimentary aroma therapy along with a foot scrub (my husband wasn’t offered either of these… he would have liked the aroma therapy). Ariel did spend a lot of time on my back which left little time for the rest of my full-​body massage. I did appreciate the work done to my back but I did reiterate that I wanted a full body at least twice and which he would have worked out the knots in my legs. I had a huge knot on my right side when I arrived and oddly, within hours of leaving, the left side of my body started feeling tight.
It was definitely a disappointing experience but I guess the lesson learned not to book so last minute and assume that all of the masseuses will be decent.

Clean and professional, the staff is all so friendly and accommodating. I had called a few spas before deciding which to come to and they were so nice from the very first phone call and worked with me to fit me in.
Just came in for my second treatment and thought I’d post about how great it is!

I was in Dallas for a few days and by the end of my stay my neck had seized up. I found Spa 810 on Unilocal and am so glad I did. I booked an appointment with DeSean. I have had a lot of massages in my life (I have chronic back pain), and this one was probably the best I’ve ever had. Honestly, I never have high expectations when I try a new place, I just needed a little relief. First off, DeSean read my intake form and asked questions about my answers and actually listened. The massage was supposed to be an hour and he worked on me for an hour and a half (I set a timer) for no extra charge because he said I needed it (I did). He was thorough, considerate, and a terrifically talented masseuse. He knew what to focus on and got to places most people don’t. After the massage he took more time to talk to me about ways to destress. I cannot recommend him enough.
P. S. It didn’t hurt that he’s pretty easy on the eyes.

I went in for a facial at the end of March — it was my first time and I was very excited! Overall, the experience was just «okay». The technician did not explain what she was doing and she did not provide a consultation like the description says on the website. When I got home, I noticed that she did not do a very good job of extracting blackheads. Honestly, I just feel like she was in a hurry and trying to get me out as soon as possible…
I will say, though, that the environment was pleasing and clean. That’s a plus.

I was very impressed with this place! After a quick Unilocal search I called the day of to get an appointment for a massage. I got the introductory massage for $ 49 with David and it was amazing. I would highly recommend this place for anyone in Dallas looking for a reasonably priced massage.

I definitely want to revise my last review for Spa 810. After posting my first review Spa 810 called me and told me they were sorry and wanted to make it right for me. Let me tell you, they certainly did! They really, really did!
I went in for another Hot Towel Massage and it was exceptional. I had the same massage therapist that I had last time, Kobe, and she remembered me and how I liked my massages. The massage was just a good as the last time, and she even gave me the foot scrub that I was SO looking forward to. Everyone at Spa 810 who I interacted with was super nice and accommodating. I am big on customer service, and Spa 810 did everything in their power to prove they are a customer service oriented company.
Some additional notes: the spa rooms are completely private, quiet and clean, you get a free laser hair session as a first time customer!

Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had at a spa. I’ve had a ton of massages, many favorite places and people. I will definitely recommend this place and the ladies who did my services. Chanda did my facial, which was amazing. She works at the Greenville location as well. Cobi did my hour and half massage, I’m not even sore and she worked out every knot in my upper back. This place has great deals going on as well. You are silly if you don’t try it out!

Super thrilled by the management response regarding my review. The staff really does care about its patrons. They are willing to make the services they offer right! What more could you ask for? So kind and gracious, I can’t wait to go back! :)

I popped in for a facial to get ahead on skin treatments ahead of the texas winter air. Beautiful spa, really helpful staff, and a great treatment overall. I liked it so much I’m signing up for the monthly special (which is an excellent deal).
Try the collagen mask. It’s nice and cooling while you’re enjoying your massage.

Great experience. Keneshia is very efficient scheduling the soonest available appt and Katrice’s professional skills are out of this world! What a blessing! I’ll be getting a membership soon! This spa is on point!

I was thrilled to find a day spa in my neighborhood that I actually ended up loving!
I bought the intro package for massage, facial n laser hair treatment n enjoyed Felix’s massage n Katrices facial so much I added extras for microdermabrasion n a collagen mask for very nominal fees. I also purchased a couple of skin care products that were amazing, ESP the cooling serum.
I really liked the the long hall corridor to ur spa room n zen music played throughout your journey. Felt like a very cool, chill time capsule ready to whisk you away to spa heaven.
Oh n make sure to ask for the pod treatment. Supposed to detox… on my next trip list for sure!
I highly suggest u check it out for urself if ur in need of a lil de-​stressing!

Wow what a great experience. The place is beautiful with great products. I called in for a massage and was offered a killer deal for 60 min massage, 60 min facial and a small area laser hair removal treatment. The receptionist was amazing and so sweet! Felix was a great massage therapist and my facial was excellent. I ended up purchasing several facial products because their quality and performance was great.
Wish they had a this near me in California.
