Love this potbelly. Always have my lunch order ready to go. They even know me by first name now. Idk if that’s weird on my part but I still love their chicken salad sandwichessss. Oh, and there oatmeal cookies are the bombb.

Bad costumer service. Always get behind with orders because they’re always playing around, sometimes it takes them a while to get our order ready not for been super busy but because they don’t pay any attention.

I do not hold issue with the food at Potbelly, in fact, I enjoy their sandwiches when I’m looking for a quick bite. This particular location, however, has the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever come across. It takes the staff no less than 10 minutes to even acknowledge your presence and once they do, you are made to feel that you are intruding on their social hour. They do not make sure you have everything needed for your meal, nor do they pay attention to your order. It is solely this location because the uptown location on Mckinney is infinitely better with their customers. There is an obvious lack of management over the staff.

My boyfriend and I love this place. Definitely a monthly stop for a sandwich kind of place! Always prompt on food times and never over $ 10 per person. You’ll be stuffed! Italian and the wreck is our favs!

I’m not a big fan of Potbelly. I’ve tried to like this place too many times to count.
I came here for dinner after my workout today, STARVING. Usually, everything tastes good when you’re starving, so I don’t get it.
There is something that leaves a queer aftertaste in my mouth after eating their sandwiches. Maybe it’s in their bread or some type of homemade/​secret sauce they use somewhere within the sandwich.
I will give them credit for coming up with some really original sandwiches. And their cookies are really good if you like them like I do; slightly under baked.

This place was so delicious!!! Had the Italian with everything on it on wheat!!! Amazing! I will come back before I leave Texas!!! They have a variety of things to try! Icecream cookie sandwiches yes please!!!

The price is right. And it is a great place if you want to watch the calories you are taking in. Sometimes they have live music. Usually a guitar player at lunch. I only gave it three stars because it is a chain and there is nothing really amazing about it.

Potbelly’s is good… but I have some problems. First, I usually get a Wreck with everything except oil, but somehow my sandwich is still always dripping with oil! Also, I got a cookie and it was raw. I know some people like underdone cookies, but not me… BLEH!

I love this place better than a number of sandwich shop competitors. I love the whimsy ascribed to each location, almost of a different era. I get the tuna salad sandwich on wheat each time with the Italian spices and swiss cheese, and then I have it toasted. It makes all the difference! The chips selection is quite extensive at Potbelly, but I almost always get the Zapp’s sea salt and vinegar. We got the ranch BBQ this last time as well, which was a fantastically pleasant surprise of tastiness!
I have had the pizza before, which is also fantastic. The shakes are tasty — make sure you order when you order your sandwich! The atmosphere is clean and friendly, the service team always has a smile for you, and I’ve never had my order come out wrong.
Good food for a good price and (usually) pretty speedy service. Get on it!

i always thought this was like an actual restaurant so i never went in. like i thought it was fondue? LOL im dumb.
when i went in, i was like okay… this way? that way? LOL. then im like okay a line sweet. its kinda like subway and quiznos combined? you have a menu, then you tell the guy then he asks what you want in it… and etc. and then he makes it, without you saying what you want while going thru the line. menu is fairly simple. i forgot what i ordered but it was tasty and i def want to go here more often. price range is just where it needs to be.

Quick and to the point. This place usually doesn’t have a huge line. I ordered the mediterranean sandwich with chicken. It’s pretty good it had interesting flavors of zuchinni and some other vegetables. The sandwich makers were pretty quick and responsive as well. Not too many complaints.

My friend really wanted to go here because he hasn’t seen a Potbelly since he was in Philadelphia. The sandwiches here are really meaty, unlike Subway or Quiznos. I got the Turkey Breast and he got the A-​Wreck. The A-​Wreck was really good, kind of spicy for my taste and the Turkey Breast was really great and the turkey wasn’t too dry.
I didn’t like that I could barely hear the girl making my sandwich over the high counters and loud music.

I am an avid user of hot sauce and a major fan of spicy foods. This place blows my mind with both peppers on the subs and providing cholula as an option. There is a man that plays live music during the lunch hour and it’s great! Kind of takes away from the busy lunch rush… I def. haven’t experienced another sandwich shop like it! Pot Belly’s is the best. Hands down.

Great, great sandwiches. I would best describe it as Jimmy John’s and Quizno’s lovechild. It has the great bread of the former, and the meats of the latter.
I’d recommend the vegetarian sandwich. Quite filling for a «skinny» size.
