If you are looking to order for a quick working lunch with your business team, do not use this location. Called to place the order well in advanced. Person answered phone was new and put me on hold several times and assured d-​time was be at time requested. Just to confirm, I ask to speak w mgr. Mgr said no we have several orders, can’t guarantee it get there on time. Wow!

It’s been 2 hours since I placed my order for pasta and breadsticks. I’m on the line with them now but have been placed on hold for 8 minutes now. Sadly, this is not the first time this has happened.
Edit– I waited on hold for 10 minutes then got hung up on.
