Papa John’s Pizza

On ⁵⁄₂₄ the delivery man tried to run me over in traffic as he was in a big rush. I had to stop quick to avoid having him hit me. I called and talked to the Store Manager Nancy, she said she would have the District Manager contact me. 6 – 1 and still no call ! we have been telling friends and local neighbors to use others places.

Love Papa John’s pizza and this location however I am giving it a 3 star because we didn’t get what we ordered. :(

Bought 2 large pizza’s at Papa John’s tonight and had a wonderful experience, the customer service was on point and the pizza is the best! You guy’s ROCK! Especially Surya, she is the BEST!!!

I think there are too many great independent pizza places to be buying from a corporate place like this. I also think the indie places are much better quality. These guys are looking for a fat bottle line, not a high quality pizza. But if you want low price and need a lot, this may be your place. They have a ton of options and you can order on the internet so everyone gets what they want without a headache of a phone call. For something better, try Zalat or Piggie Pies.

Giving 4 stars for the effort and helpfulness of this papa johns. I use this location frequently, however, this time that I ordered from this particular location was a bit of a hassle.
The pizza took over an hour to deliver after the email said it would only take 30 minutes. When the driver showed up she apologized for the tardiness and explained that my pizza got mixed up with another. She then told me that I ordered a cheese pizza, which I didn’t. Showed me the receipt and it clearly said the pizza I ordered, not what was delivered.
The deliverer deeply apologized and told me to call the store and explain what happened. Jonathan was the manager on duty and he quickly sent the correct pizza later in the evening.
