I’ve needed glasses since the third grade and my prescription is ridiculously high so I have had my share of optometrist visits. This isn’t in some fancy shopping center but they do carry brands like Versace. They have all of the equipment they need and it’s in perfect working condition which is all I can really ask for.
The staff doesn’t appear to hate their jobs and they’re actually pretty efficient (giving and retrieving forms, answering questions and being readily available). They have Spanish and Korean speakers here so they cater well to other ethnic groups.
The best part for me was that the optometrist was an in and out kind of guy, get the job done and move on while still being relatively pleasant. I’m just here to get a new contact prescription so do what you need to do and be done with it. It was a very quick appointment and I left with exactly what I needed!
I ordered my contacts from them as well and they let you pay half now and half later. They’re pretty accommodating as far as billing goes in addition to speedy service. I’ll definitely consider them again for my next annual eye exam!
