Had a delicious meal. We all had the fish and chips which were crispy but tender on the inside. Loved their cream of mushroom soup. Very attentive and friendly wait and bus staff. Very quiet and cozy atmosphere.

Have had good experience in the past. Not this time. Had reservations. Shook the table cloth off in front of us. Neglected to tell us they had a set menu for Easter, then they were out of what we ordered. Served toast for bread. Very slow. Sorry off my list.

Best onion soup I have had. The spinach quiche was creamy and generous with cheese. I could have made a meal out of the homemade rolls.

The best pizza I’ve had in a while,. Ordered delivery they said it would take about an hour, but they got there in about 30 minutes… Then the second day I was only 2 miles away and the guy was super rude and hung up on me!

I am from Vietnam. This is the best Italian restaurant in Dallas, I have come to many expensive restaurants in the world but I don’t think another place is better than this place. Trust me, I am crazy in love with this restaurant.

Excellent food, quiet atmosphere. If you enjoy talking to your dinner companions without having to yell over blasting music, personable and quick service, and consistently excellent food, then this is a great restaurant. I have eaten here a dozen times and the food has always been very good to outstanding. Vegetables are always fresh, never frozen, everything made from scratch. Yes the customers are older, but that is part of the beauty of the atmosphere. Appreciate a quiet romantic spot. The French Onion and Cream of Mushroom soups are the best I have ever had.

Haven’t been there in awhile but last night’s dinner was perfect. They do have the best salad, fresh wholesome vegetables & the blackened salmon on top is just liked I remembered it! My party of 2 certainly brought down the average age but its so cozy and the staff is so responsive… I’ll be back again soon!

The food here is all frozen. Nothing is made in house and you can tell. The meals come out at an uneven temperature. I’ve seen the owner smoke in the kitchen over the food. I wouldn’t recommend going here, you can make better food at home.

I will put in a kind word for this restaurant. First impression: Clean. Quiet, peaceful. Very kind, accommodating staff. The owner is a friendly Italian man. The food was good too. Would definitely give it a second go.

What a great, unpretentious restaurant! Natalie’s has great food, an incredibly varied menu and warm and friendly servers including Al, himself who is the owner. A person can almost always get a cozy table and did I say the food was spectacular? My husband who is somewhat particular, raves about how they can cook from salmon to liver, crispy to moist perfection! Crème Brulee’ is our standard dessert and OMG!!! theirs is to die for! This review would not be complete if I didn’t mention their homemade cinnamon rolls. YUMMY!!!

I eat here with my parents and some of their friends on occasion… and have even seen the Bushes dining here as well. The food is straight forward, well prepared, and a little overpriced for what you get. The clientele is predominantly above the age of 50 and there isn’t a soul in the place after 8 pm on any day of the week. Believe it or not, they have a pecan crusted chicken with red wine mushroom gravy that is really outstanding. I also had shrimp scampi recently that was quite serviceable as well. Not a hip location by any stretch of the imagination, but you could certainly do worse.

Stopped by on a Friday night to this small restaurant near Preston and Royal. When you walk in the door, you enter to the right, and I immediately felt as if I was in someone’s living room, or maybe parlor. :) All I saw was the one room we were seated in, with double doors in the back leading to the kitchen. This cozy restaurant had a few other tables, all seated with an older crowd. This had me feeling a bit out of place. The service was awesome from the start. There were only 2 servers that each floated around the room bringing whatever was asked and necessary. After looking at the menu, I decided on having the quiche of the day, which was spinach. My friend decided on the casserole of the day, not sure what it was called, but the waiter said it was like chicken enchiladas. All entrees are served with your choice of soup or salad. He took the salad and I took the soup after being informed it was lobster bisque. Immediately to our table was brought out a plate with 2 cinnamon rolls and 2 regular rolls. The cinnamon rolls were great! Not sickeningly sweet and a welcomed change. The other rolls were nothing fancy, and may have been better with a pat of butter, but I didn’t get around to asking for it. I ended up just dipping it in my soup anyway. The bisque was probably my favorite part of my meal. So rich, thick and creamy, it was really delicious! The salad was cold and crisp and looked very fresh, and the ranch was good. Both the quiche and the casserole needed a decided kick, so I took the plunge and asked for hot sauce. I think the server thought it was a bit odd, but came back with some. The hot sauce was great and was definitely what our food needed. I have a feeling that it isn’t something the restaurant regularly uses, but may actually been something the kitchen staff utilizes. Not sure if this is a place I’d return to, given that my friend and I were the youngest diners by at least 30 years.(You could hear the server saying«LOBSTERBISQUE!» repeatedly to some patrons a bit hard of hearing) But my visit was nice. This place could be the perfect setting for a date with your grandmother or great aunt.
