I came here for lunch with my coworker and the line was long. We waited 15 minutes and we werent moving. The staff was moving with no sense of urgency, the cook was only putting one burger on the grill at a time instead of dropping multiple, and there was no one managing the team. After 15 minutes of not moving I went to the front and asked for the manager. The super young lady told me that she was the manager. I told her that this service was terrible and they are going to lose some customers because she isn’t managing her team at all. Another lady in line shouted that she had been waiting for over 25 minutes to order. The so-called manager just looked at me and shrugged. I left after that. Maybe it was a bad day, but im not giving my money to anyonr who doesn’t apreciate their customers and hires a lackluster staff.

Extremely unfriendly crew. The entire staff was unfriendly and looked Upset. Then there is the food; the fries tasted like they were fried in the oil from a month ago. Food tastes old and disgusting. Save yourself time and money, go somewhere else.

The guy in there today 4.11.16 is very rude he was talking about he don’t know how to use the coupon I had and the manager is the only one that can do it. He’s just lazy and don’t want to do it. I hate when new people ruin my favorite places … I will file a complaint with the franchise owner. Its been going down hill since they have hired all these uninspired workers. Go work ay McDonalds

I placed an online order@ 3pm. I specifically entered special instructions to start cooking my burger at 4:15, anticipating that I would leave work. 4: 30. Well, when I arrived at 4:40, my burger was ice cold! Appearantly, the employees were in a rush so they didn’t wait as instructed. Not only that, the burger was ridiculously salty! It was as though the cook accidentally dumped an entire salt shaker in my food. The only reason. I gave the. 2 stars was because tbe shake I ordered was pretty decent. If the employees are more concerned about rushing through orders than following instructions, I won’t be returning!

Three out of five burger review. Good News: Let me start by saying I really like the fries here. They have regular fries and sweet potato fries all made from fresh potatoes! A large fry is pretty much an entire bag of french fries so they’re very generous with their portions! Not As Good News: The taste of the overall burger is pretty good overall, however the way it is assembled is not great in my opinion. They use very thin patties so if you’re looking for a big thick juicy hamburger this is not the place. The meat they use appears to be loosely assembled ground beef. It just does not give me a feeling of high quality. The buns are soggy. I think partially from all of the ingredients on the inside and then the top/bottom of the bun was either greasy or buttery making the bun soggy throughout. As you eat the hamburger it falls apart so be prepared to get messy. They have several different bun selections so maybe choosing a different kind could fix this? I have no idea. I have been here three times now experiencing the same thing each time. I feel like if they would address the bun issue and all the ingredients were inserted into a fresh dry bun that would be half the battle. The other would be using thicker beef patties and I doubt that is anything they would ever address as most burger joints are very committed to the type that use. They still get a decent rating from me for having a clean well run establishment with friendly employees. I also appreciate all the options they have for condiments and fixings for your burger as well as fry choices!

Excellent customer service and great turkey burger and sweet potato fries. Yum! I’ve also tried the double Mooyah burger and regular fries. So far, so good. Everything is fresh and no mistakes on my order. I have food allergies and they easily accommodate my special request without any fuss. Excellent customer service is hard to find, so I’ll definitely be a regular customer.

Very displeased. Food was pricey, $ 19.06 for a burger with fries and a drink and another burger, both without cheese. $ 0.70 to add cheese. Each. Burger tasted good, but was dripping grease, patty was falling apart. Fries were undercooked and soggy and marinaded in salt. And i sampled a few of the beverages, sweet tea, power-ade, and soda and it seemed like they just added a pound of suger to every beverage they had. Over-all a bad experience, i know it seems like I’m exaggerating, but by all means, go see for yourself.

burgers were really good same as 5 guys… fries were really well they sucked they tasted old counter person says they are supposed to taste like this. Either the potato’s sat too long or the grease needed to be changed. the fries tasted really old and stale.

I used to come here at least 2X a week. The service is usually subpar. The burger is usually not prepared the way I ordered it. However, the value for the money is totally out of proportion. Probably will never come back. Place is never busy and probably because way too expensive for a darn little burger. OSK has much better meat and lot less expensive.

For me, Mooyah has some very tasty burgers. I’ve had both their beef and turkey burgers and highly recommend both. The meat is fresh(never frozen), the cheese is almost like cream and the trimmings(lettuce, pickles, etc) are fresh and plentiful. On top of this their fries are delicious too. Unlike some fast food burger joints, Mooyah cooks both their burgers and fries at the time the order is placed so your food is always hot. Service at this location has always been great. The staff is very attentive when taking an order and they are very friendly. My only complaint when it comes to Mooyah(and it’s not specific to this location) is I’m not a soda drinker; I prefer water. When requesting water with my order I’m always given a children’s cup. While I understand the rationale, it impacts the enjoyment of my meal as I’m constantly getting up to refill my water cup.

Mooyah makes me happy because they have Gluten Free buns! WooHoo! I got a text message to stop by for a free burger and thought well I’ll just eat the meat out of the bun or do the ice burger mess, but they surprised me on their menu they had GF buns, happy, happy, happy me! It is my understanding that not all Mooyah’s have the GF option but on this day I was one happy burger eater! So tell that to those cows selling chiken!

Not impressed. Nothing special about the burgers or fries. When I saw how empty this place was I should have been warned. There are much better places throughout Dallas for burgers. Twisted root and smash burger to name a few

Went here because they employed a boy that my daughter mooooned over. We had to load up a car’o’girls to go watch him work. And this review is my revenge, because somehow he will read it and all the girls will all be mortified. Mooya is an excellent place to bring the kids! The food is just fine, but the atmosphere is very soda bar and a lot of fun. Employees are super friendly. Even the boy we went to see was super friendly. I actually had to tip and everything. It’s a basic build your own burger kind of place with the thin type of burgers, so if you’re after the thick juicy burger you are in the wrong place and you might want to go for a double. They have lots of options for the picky eaters. I know some kids just want meat and cheese, but they have lots to choose from – guac and what not. Also has turkey as an option.

Mooyah is the Which Wich of burgers. The place can be easily packed for lunch, but usually pretty empty around dinner time. The burgers are basic and very customizable which is a plus for those with dietary restrictions or those who are just incredibly picky. I’ve gotten the iceburger several times and be warned… it is messy! I looked like a child eating this with the sauces dripping down the side of my face and hands half the meal. Word of advice: avoid this option if you are trying to impress. Also, they are very generous with their fries which are the best part! A small is enough to split for 2.

So, my boyfriend has been dying to try Mooyah and we finally got a chance to. He had the Mooyah with american cheese & bacon with grilled onions & bbq sauce… and he oohh’d and ahhh’d until he was done. I opted for the Little Mooyah with pepper jack & bacon with lettuce & pickles. It was okay… I guess. There isn’t anything spectacular about it. The fries were the highlight of my dinner… not going to count it out but defintely won’t be on my go-to list of burger joints.

Wonderful employees, easy to customize burgers, great shakes, ample seating, and a very reliable option. You order from a menu card, like WhichWich, then walk up. The folks at the counter were all STUNNED when I didn’t order fries. They kept asking if I’d forgotten, it was sweet. I love that the milkshakes come in two sizes, so I can get a kiddie shake and think about my forgotten fries. The burgers are wide, and a bit floppy. The bun is on the thin and dissolving side of the bun kingdom. Good flavor, all around. Just make sure you eat yours somewhere safe, and not in your car. Minus a star for having terrible branded radio, like at a theme park.

Pretty darn good burger. Mooyah works like WichWitch. You fill out a card with what you would like(turkey, hamburger, double hamburger, etc) and what toppings you would enjoy(cheese, avocado, lettuce, Tomato, etc). At the bottom you tell them if you would like fries and a milkshake or a drink. I personally get the Junior burger(1 patty) with avocado and cheese. I don’t get the fries. They put WAAAAY to much salt. I couldn’t taste the fries for all the salt. I love their milkshakes. I get chocolate, cause I’m a chocoholic. They have pretty tasty iced teas. When I get iced tea I like to mix it with lemonade they have a pre-mixed version here! This isn’t the best burger I’ve ever had, but it sure beats drive throu any day.
