Overall, it is a great place to live. Location is phenomenal and the new management is making some noticeable changes in the buildings and within the community. The online portal is a really good improvement from the previous. Maintenance issues have always been addressed promptly.

Pros:
*CONVENIENT. You really can’t beat this.
*It’s a great location from everything including uptown, Greenville and mockingbird station
*The rail is down the street if you ever need to use it
*Covered parking garage.
*The gym is 24 hours.
*You can walk to the grocery store.
*Valet trash!
*You can pay rent and utilities online
Cons:
*Moving-​in can be rough. You can’t drive into the parking garage if you have a uhaul. You’ll have to park outside the parking garage and hall everything to the elevator
*The elevators can be slow (haha!)
*The 1st floor parking garage has a ton of pigeons so don’t bother washing your car! But you can always park in the basement and it shouldn’t be a problem

They are the worst place I have ever lived in, I can not wait to move out of here, they literally charge you for bs this that add up to almost 1,900.00 for a 2 bedroom, supposedly our water is almost 200.00 per month, when I moved it we were going to be charged 1,490.00 per month now I am close to paying 2k, I don’t suggest moving here at all, it’s always loud here, kids getting trashed, it’s smells like shit in the hallways, the property managers are very rude and very little educated for me point of view it’s like they are running a property in oak cliff area, my ac has broker down 3 times in 6 months my washer had to be replaced, the washer and dryer room smells like a bathroom in the morning from the sewers, I can’t take it anymore I can not wait to get out of here. Do yourself a favor and never even think about moving to this shithole, off almost forgot the grill are all broken so don’t event think of bbq, man I am so fuckin upset right now

Hi, I like Mockingbird Flats location and services. Flats are very close to my school. There are many different restaurant and bar around the location so you won’t feel isolated. Very close to Kroger, Mockingbird station. Big parking space for lease owners. Many free parking space as well. Good pool area, very nice view of Dallas Downtown. Close to US 75 North South Express way. Nice TV room and swimming pool for hosting small party as well. Now, let’s talk about leasing office staff. Henry Livingston is a nice person. He gave us really good/​sweet deal for leasing 1.5 year. Please contact him for good deals.
