McDonald’s

Not sure why it took 10 minutes for a small fry & ice cream cone. Especially since I was the only car there. I watched as 3 associates (one w/​gloves) held a conversation while I wait. When I finally received my food, my fries were less than warm and the cashier without that damn gloves bought my cone. I stared at her fingers directly on my cone, grab my $ 2 worth of food and thru it in the trash. Won’t be back…

I wouldn’t have written about a McDonald’s unless if I have visited the place like hundred of times but kudos to the young girl who took my order I was forced to write a review.
On Saturday morning at 10:30 am, I walked in to this place without realizing it has a play area and found zillion of kids inside: jumping, shouting, crying, playing with V-​day balloons, some pantomiming the invisible drool as they eagerly waited for their order to be fulfilled; I thought, I was doomed.
The lines were not too long but the wait for the order seems to have crowded the ordering area. I reached the counter and decided just to get a coffee and two apple pies and thought now will have to wait even for this simple order for sometime. However, this prudent girl took a break from the cash register for about 15 seconds, which she could have easily avoided as there were many people behind me and got my items apropos, saving me from a nuisance I might have endured have I had to wait a little longer.
BTW, the place is nice, clean with play area and drive-​thru.

This is the worst McDonald’s ever! I will never go back! I have ordered several times at this location, 75% of the time, my order is always wrong! They tell you one price, and when you get to the window to pay, they tell you another price, which is more than what that first told you! Slowest drive thru ever, I was idling in my car for like 20 minutes, and you really aren’t far from the first window, where you have to pay! I saw Wendy’s is beating McDonalds anyways in an article on MSN. If McDonald’s wants to continue valuing there customers’; they better shape up. Because I have no problem going down the road a little to Wendy’s, or going West on Forest Lane to Burger King across the street! This McDonald’s at Forest Lane and Marsh Lane really does not care about their customers’, and when you call the 800 # to complain, and you give your phone number and name for a District Manager to call you back. You never get a call back! For those who do like this location, I am glad you are being taking care of! Maybe they are just prejudice against some people is all?! All I know is in this struggling economic time, we are living in now. I won’t be spending my hard earnings at this location ever again! I will take myself and my money elsewhere to buy food for myself. They have truly lost my business! I hope this review helps somewhat?! Thanks for reading too!

I’ve never gotten a wrong order at this location and the fries are always piping hot fresh. I’ve only been here after 5 p.m. and only through the drive thru. The employees who take your money and the ones who hand you your food are very polite, friendly and well kept. It’s actually quite refreshing for a McDonald’s.

At 1040 a.m. it’s the slowest drive to I’ve ever been in… I get my food they say oh I gave you catch up but I realize that do not give you napkins.

I would say great customer service here, it’s clean. The drive thru is under renovation at some part so be careful because i was drinking my TUNDRA and it put a ding on my side of the door. Easy access, quick. Love their ice coffee and breakfast burrito.

Breakfast of Champions! The #2 Sausage Egg McMuffin meal…Iced Coffee with Hazelnut syrup please! Deeelicious~ The regular coffee is good, but if you want to spruce up your breakfast/​coffee — the iced coffee is a perfect choice, with added vanilla or hazelnut syrup.
They have a Sausage McMuffin on the Dollar Menu, but beware that this $ 1 breakfast sandwich does NOT come with egg. you gotta order the actual Sausage EGG McMuffin (tastes MUCH better with the egg!) :P
