Whataburger

Charameka (Miki) is the most courteous cashier I have ever had the pleasure of being served by.

Always friendly service at this joint. The speciality burgers are fantastic with a must try Chophouse Cheddar Burger. Everything is fresh and hot served to you fast. Now this is not a steak house but for fast food it is the BEST!

Can these places be any worse managed? I think they hire their staff straight off the jerry springer show. Bunch of ignorant people who never get the order right. Maybe if I spoke Ebonics those people could get it right.

I originally thought this place was called Whataburger and then realized its called Waterburger. O.M.G. Best damn water burger i’ve ever had. They dip it in Arrowhead right after marinating it in the sun on concrete. I’d definitely recommend drinking here! And the bathroom is nice too!

Whataburger is a great place to get a big burger and sides for a good price. My favorite is the Whatachicken which is one of the most delicious chicken sandwiches I’ve had by far. Another one of my favorites is the party melt which is on Texas Toast. I highly recommend both burgers!

While in Texas during a recent trip we had a semi late night where I didn’t consume much other than wine throughtout the evening and needed to eat asap! We pull up to this locaiton near our hotel and the line was so long, I thought oh no… but they moved rather fast!
Awesome late night eats! Comes with fancy ketchup in little cups, even a spicy variety!
I don’t eat burgers often, but when in Texas I will eat a whataburger!

Rolled in for lunch today, simple order around noon, burger and fish sandwich, 10 minutes to get to older, 5 to get to pay window, sat for 6 at pick up window total time 21 mins. Got a smarmy «hope you come back» remark from person handing me the order, no apology. 5 Minutes later I open the order, fish sand is over fried dripping great and looks like it was put toghether by a 1^st grader fish half off the bun. Hamburger with cheese is luke warm and cheese is not melted. Could not eat them. Poor service, long wait time and bad food sums it up.

We went after a doctor’s appt today around lunch time. We went through the drive-​thru. The lady was trying to multi-​talk a bit too much and it took a few times of repeating our order for her to get it right. When the food came though, everything was just fine. Order was correct and the food was great!

This place is ok, can’t come in with high expectations. So many of them around, they’re kind of hard to avoid.
I ate here recently after a night of drinking. I’m from Chicago, so the burgers were not bad, but nothing especially good. Kind of reminded me of a low grade Maxwell street burger. Fries were bland, burger was just a burger. It suited me at the time and it filled my tummy, which was all I asked for.

AMAZING staff, food and relaxing atmosphere. Love going here!

I think by bringing back the A-​1 Thick and Hearty they should get 4 stars. Went there just before the dining room was closing, but they let us in and served us cheerfully.
Service was pretty good, food was as expected. Always a consistent choice for burgers, fries, and chicken tenders.

The WHATABURGER company has not exported its wonderful menu to California. Therefore, upon arrival at DFW last night, I was on a mission to have my British traveling companion sample one of Texas’ best fast food products. This restaurant didn’t disappoint. The food was hot and great. She liked it so much that she took a pic and posted it on facebook… something she routinely chides others for doing.
I should detract one star, because the friendly manager gave away the source of my «ketchup is a vegetable» joke. Oh well, that is the risk you run when you expose your inner circle to the places and institutions where you grew up.

The way a WHATABURGER should be!

So after a long flight, the only thing I had on my mind was a nice burger but I wanted to get something that I couldn’t get in LA. Thus Whataburger it was. 15 minutes waiting in the drive through, I was so disappointed by how my burger looked my frustrations overtook me. Twice I asked them if this is what I even ordered and apparently it was. Granted my fault on that part but the burger looked so puny that though I ordered a triple, it was so smashed together that it looked like a single. I mean if I wanted a burger like that I would’ve gone to McDonalds.
Thus I did call the corporate hotline, but didn’t bother taking the call a few days later from the manager of the location. I think the trouble is that particular location and that they don’t take pride in their product. Thus continue to eat at the company, just not at this location please. Save yourself the time it takes for your order and the disappointment you feel when it doesn’t live up to par.
