Totally unorganized and unprofessional front desk girl. Unilocal offers a coupon when booking your first appointment and the girl at the front did not know how to enter the code and told me that I couldn’t use it bc she didn’t know how. Baffling! The massage was good, not the best. After the massage someone helped the girl fix the discount that was promised. Probably because I said I wouldn’t come back.

Very disappointed with the couples massage my husband & I booked here a few weekends ago. The room in which we received our massage had tons of noise due to its close proximity with other units and the walls being thin. In addition, the phone rang twice while our massages were being done — which definitely impacted our experience negatively. Lastly, the massage itself was very underwhelming. I left this massage not feeling relaxed and ended up being tight & tense again the very next day. We will stick to Hiatus or Woodhouse going forward.

I just left from appointment with Kimberly, she is AMAZING!!! I highly recommend her. I was a first time customer and she made me feel comfortable. She targeted all the spots I told her about and used the right amount of pressure in the right spots. Ask for her

It’s a five star place. I can only speak for my lady who worked on my tight. Over stressed. Body. –Kimberly had a workout. I’m a big guy. 205 with 10% bf. I was a last minute client.
During a deep tissue massage I fell asleep and awoken many times when my body was fighting her hand work.
Kimberly is a keeper. I’ll be back.
The only cons were. There was a 20% off first time customer or massages over 60 minutes. The price was worth it and reasonable but I was referred to this massage spa with a discount. They should’ve automatically given me. I don’t think I should’ve had to mention it.
Website scheduling stinks. Just call.

I’ve had many a massage over the years locally and when I travel, and this one is by far at the top of that list. Massage therapist Kimberly is remarkable and that’s why I keep coming back! She clearly understands how to navigate your muscular structure and work on what needs to be worked on. She listens and provides insight including stretching exercises you can continue after you leave to maintain the benefits of massage longer. If you’re looking for a massage therapist who can truly help you with issues you’re having, this is the place to go! Equal props to Elana for an amazing reflexology session ~ helped make the sinus headache I went in with go away. Clearly she knows and understands the pressure points tied to different organs in the body and thus very helpful at solving issues you may be having. I’m calling now to book another appointment for next week!

Kimberly is awesome! I have used her several times for a deep tissue massage and can’t express how much she helps with my chronic neck pain. Kimberly is professional and has the gift of therapeutic touch. I would highly recommend her.

I was a walk-​in and was immediately greeted and shown to a private room within 10 minutes. Normally I drive all the way to Richardson to get a foot massage… No More! I had THE BEST reflexology hand/​foot massage EVER. Elayna was great… better than the Richardson place and it was q-u-i-e-t…shhhhh…no yelling back and forth between technicians… who knew???
I can’t wait to try the Dyer street location… but only if Elayna goes with me ;-)

I am 24 weeks pregnant and received a prenatal massage from Kimberly at the Hillcrest location; she did an amazing job working my problem areas with just the right amount of pressure. Highly recommend! I got a sports massage from Kimberly two days after my first marathon and afterwards I feel nearly new again! She worked out tight spots with perfect pressure and little pain and was genuinely concerned when my joints popped. The environment was very relaxing and my whole experience was great. I woke up with horrible stiffness in my neck and upper back. I found Felax on Unilocal,called them and they got me in within 1.5 hours of my call. I had a one hour session with Kimberly and she was incredibly professional and cured my problem. She massages the entire 60 minutes and worked out all of the stiffness. Kimberly truly saved my weekend. I will definitely be back to Felax and will work with Kimberly exclusively, best massage ever.

I love this place. It’s very serene. The therapist, Kimberly is concerned about my pain from lifting luggages and walking a lot during vacation. I walked in with a lower back pain. I couldn’t pick up things on the floor, bend over, and walk fast. Pressing gas and break while driving was quite difficult. She gave me a deep tissue massage. It was painful since I’m not used to getting a massage, but worth it. I walked out my back feeling 22 times better !!

Very unassuming location in a strip center. Don’t let the location fool you, this was a great day. I had a surprise last minute foot massage set up for Amber C. and I even called merely minutes ahead of time;to my surprise they were able to get us in. The massage was great, we were able to enjoy the experience in the same room together and really had great massage therapist. They even have complimentary wine for you!

The massage was very good. My masseuse was Michelle. The atmosphere in the place was very relaxing and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Michelle did a great job of applying the right amount of pressure and doing exactly what I asked for. I just started back working out after being inactive for 6 months and had a lot of soreness to get out. She did the trick.
Whenever you work long hours and/​or you just want to relax, I would highly recommend this place and ask for Michelle.

I’m really very picky about massage. I have a lot of specific issues, since I am on my feet nearly 24/​7, and I like a therapist who isn’t afraid to tackle the spots where I experience what my chiropractor calls «mini-​traumas.» I especially like a therapist who isn’t afraid, because these spots aren’t well-​liked by other people (forearms, traps, pecs, upper shoulders) because it’s often painful to have deep work done on them.
Enter Michelle. She fearlessly tackled my issues like the pro she is. My neck was feeling really out of whack that day, and I let her know. She worked and worked on it until my neck felt like Silly Putty. AMAZING!
I chose a package that got me an hour of body massage and thirty minutes of reflexology. It was ninety minutes of pure heaven. Michelle has a truly healing touch, a wonderfully soft voice (this is important when one is drifting off to relaxy land!), and I really am looking forward to my next session with her!
Massage Felax is where it’s at! Go! You won’t be disappointed!
