I love living here! It’s convenient to my friends, family, shopping and restaurants. I can get everything I need within walking distance. The new management team is really nice and the maintenance team responds quickly to any issues. The security team learns who the residents are and are always willing to help and make sure to say hello. If I could buy my loft I would do it in a heartbeat! I’ve lived here for over 3 years and it’s fantastic!

I’m loving the new management. It’s been a great change. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, helpful, and good-natured. The property maintenance staff have been very nice and friendly too.

I just moved here not too long ago. One of my biggest selling points is management of the property. The staff are catered to take care of your needs and definitely satisfied mine. I needed to move in last minute and they did everything in their ability to make that happen. I was a hassle at first because I was a little indecisive on which unit I liked best but they were super cool about it and walked me through everything. Oh and one early morning I was running late for work and couldn’t grab breakfast and out of no where, they were giving out tacos from Taco Cabana in the lobby before you can get into the parking garage! Saved me that morning lol. Not to mention, parking isn’t bad either. Theres plenty to share.

New management!!! And what a great thing it is. All the bad ratings are when we had the old management. It’s totally changed. The new management actually care and go out of their way to help you out and see that you are happy living here. We’ve been here since July of 2015 and have enjoyed our stay here. We don’t have any pets but the pets that are here are very friendly and there is even a separate elevator for them. We have never had any issues with the people living here and barely see my neighbors. There is noise from the outside shopping area from time to time(living under restaurants will do that) but it’s not anywhere close to living in New York(where we came from). Ha. Anyways, great place to live. We are fans!

Hey guys, I currently live in this amazingly diverse canine friendly community, and I can say 100% that this place and the new staff are amazing. Helpful and quick, what little issues I have get addressed with a smile. Will be renewing!!!

I’ve been living here for 6 months and have seen a major change in the facility since the lofts had a change in management. Though the previous company was very friendly the new management have exhibited a quicker response time to all of my emails and repair requests. A good example of this is the other day I emailed the office asking how to dispose of my Christmas tree. Every floor has a chute for trash so I couldn’t dispose of it without dragging it out and making a mess. Within minutes a couple of guys came up and took it away for me. It’s the little things that matter and this property seems to get that. Well done Lincoln.

I had a loft for 6 months before finally getting out of the lease with the help of an attorney. Like the other reviewer, our loft had a bad smell. But it did not smell like paint fumes. It smelled like onions and eggs. It was usually strongest in the morning and on humid or rainy days it was even stronger. I did not once cook in the loft or ever have food in the trash so it was not me causing the foul odor. Dodging vomit in the parking lot was not fun either. I could go on and on but I will not. This was about 5 years ago so I would hope things have changed.

This place has the potential for 5 stars. It feels as swanky as it looks on the outside. There’s everything you’d look for in loft living; exposed vents, high ceilings, large windows, The Bachelor Sean Lowe as your neighbor(who has since moved out), etc. The lofts are spacious and trendy, and there’s a beautiful pool and hot tub(although it was frequently closed due to SMU kids breaking glass bottles… or possibly pooping in the pool). If you didn’t happen to come across the poop, you could be sure to be standing in the hallway or elevator next to a puddle of dig piss. If you were interested in ever using the small gym, one or two of the three treadmills would be out of commission. Residents also park multiple vehicles in the garage or take up two spaces for their crappy mustangs. Really? The Range Rover and Audi are being more considerate than you. There was one yellow BMW covered in dust that sat in the primo parking spot closest to the elevator for the entire year we lived there. Hello management? Also, we could never seem to get the paint fume smell out of the apartment, and while the apartment was renovated with new appliances, everything was poorly installed. It was also hard to hang anything with any weight up on the drywalls backed by metal studs. The worst part was moving out. You’d think a nice place would not be in the business of taking security deposits, but Mockingbird management is. Did a walk though prior the move out date with management and they basically said we needed to pay them $ 100 for a deep clean to ensure the return of our full $ 500 security deposit. Fine, that’s reasonable if it ensures no additional charges. I pointed out where we had spackled the few places we tried to hang things and made it very clear we wanted no additional charges. And yet, a few weeks later we received a bill with charges for stained carpets, holes in the wall, etc. Not only did the charges add up to our full security deposit, we owed money. Called management and still haven’t received the pictures as proof of these stains and holes, but I’m paying it anyway.
