Bath & Body Works is located in Mockingbird Station in between Victoria Secret and Starbucks. I came here on Black Friday morning with my mom and my sister. This was one of our first stops. Luckily, we were able to find a convenient parking spot right out front, but if all of the spaces are taken, make sure to take advantage of the large parking garages located nearby. There were plenty of sales going on with delicious smelling soaps, lotions and such. The sales team was helpful and friendly. However, because it was Black Friday, they moved some of their items to storage to make room for sale items, so my mom was unable to purchase the fragrance she wanted. All in all, this is a great location and it was a good experience. I will be back!

Although I’m not a regular shopper at Bath & Body Works, the few times that I have been in I am always very impressed with the cleanliness and service here. The staff is very friendly, if not a little overly friendly and really make you feel like you are part of the crowd while shopping. I am always offered coupons, smiles and suggestions. When I need to shop at a Bath & Body, it will surely be this location.

I can not believe how they stand behind the 100% satisfaction policy. I had some product that I was not thrilled with and they insisted I return them and pick out something else. Really? Does anyone do that anymore? Yes.

Always love coming to Bath and body works, but tend to always spend too much money even with a sale. Great service great store

I refuse to go to this bath and body works. They literally follow your every move and attack you with the testers. In 3 minutes I was asked 4 times to try a new scent, not in a personable way either more of stalk me until I buy it way. Awkward!

This place will overwhelm your senses when you first walk in. So much to smell. I like how they sell their regular scents like sweet pea or cucumber melon on an ongoing basis. But rotate holiday scents like the jinglebell-tini during xmas. Seems there is always a sale or always coupons around. I took advantage of the buy 3 get three free sale when I stopped in on Friday that includes lotion, bath gel and body sprays. I also bought a few other random presents like some hand soap and some moisturizing socks. Perfect little stocking stuffers.

Parking is definitely an issue, any time of day. But does anyone else find the constant attention from the salespeople annoying? They interrupt you, literally, about every 10 seconds, so you don’t even have an opportunity to think and consider. Way too annoying for my taste. I like the products, but I won’t be back at this location.

I had a coupon form something for free so this drew me in. I like the store… clean, friendly staff, well stocked… but I hate the location. If you don’t mind mockingbird station then you’ll probably love this place but find it really inconvenient for a quick stop due to parking. There is very limited parking right near the store and everything else is valet and through a parking garage. They also have the holiday scents in and the store smells amazing(: With their coupons and store deals(right now buy 3, get 2 free) I find them pretty reasonable for body products and their selection of scents is unlike anything you find elsewhere.
