I had a great experience here. I made my appointment the day before, and the staff made sure they got my insurance information so they could verify it and let me know the costs before I came in. When I arrived, they made sure I didn’t have to wait since they knew I had to get back to work. The office is very clean and modern, and Dr. Tran was knowledgeable and willing and able to answer questions. She also recommended that I try a different brand of contacts, and is having me wear them for a week before buying anything to ensure that I like them. I had heard mixed reviews about Lenscrafters-​associated eye doctors and only tried this one because my insurance requires it, but was pleasantly surprised.

I had my first appointment with LensCrafters today at this location and it was awesome! The guys that work the front desk are very knowledgable, helpful, and friendly! The exam went well and they weren’t too pushy to make any purchases. Super nice office and staff, I definitely will be returning for my next exam.
