I’ve been a customer since they opened 23 years ago and if it’s possible, they have gotten even better!
Rick, the gentleman that shows me new products and makes sure it’s right for my face is so professional and kind. He’s a joy to work with. And while Image Eyewear is a high end store, the owner Jeff, always has glasses of different price ranges.
The best thing about this store is certainly product selection, but I continue to go back year after year because of the outstanding customer service. If you want to look good and get treated like you are the most important customer they have, then Image Eyewear is the place to go!

Simply the best place in Dallas for your optical needs.
I’ve been doing business there for over a decade and the same professional staff has
worked there. They have a high quality inventory of frames and lots of great sunglasses to choose from.

Popped in yesterday frantic because I’d lost my Kate Spade sunglasses and needed replacements for a pool party that afternoon.
The saleswoman looked at me as if I was vermin (I’d just finished getting my hair blown out and was in yoga pants — the horror!)
After explaining my ideal range was in the $ 100-​$ 150, she curtly replied prices started at $ 250 and suggested I try Target. One can infer the aforementioned in a disgusted tone. Her removal from reality is apparent as I’m certain Target does not sell sunglasses for more than $ 25.
Here’s the thing: had she not treated me horribly, I likely would have dished out $ 250+ and she would have gotten a sale.
Oh, and I was the ONLY person in the shop on a Saturday afternoon — perhaps partly due to an unpleasant member of the staff?

I didnt realize how hard it was to find funky yet modern glasses in Dallas was going to be. In Austin and Las Vegas, I had no problems finding crazy yet modern looking glasses. I guess people kinda expect you to be a tad bit modern and crazy looking. Well I looked on the internet over and over for certain brands and also spent endless hours going from place to place looking for a awesome frame that I would like. I started to settle for just normal looking frames because I was just tired of this task of looking for a frame I liked.
One night I looked online for IC BERLIN and etc, and wanted to know if I could find any stores local to the Dallas area that held these brands. Well I found one, and I went close to the end of the day. So I was expecting to get anything because of my bad luck of not finding things I liked. I was shocked when I got to this store. I found every frame that I saw on the websites at this store. I was overwhelmed with the amount of awesome looking glasses/​frames I saw! They had hard to find brands and very modern looking ones too. I spent over 2 hours in this store and ended up purchasing two frames! Some of the hardest to find frames too. I was very happy and was treated with open arms. I was left alone to look around and was able play with the frames. Then the lady there kindly asked if I needed help and was very helpful. I was finally happy to find a store that had the frames I liked. Though their prices range from 200 — 700 dollars. So if you are looking for high end frames. you got them here. if you are looking for high end frames on sale. you got them here. So I was very happy with the price range. It wasnt just high end frames with super high prices. But they had awesome frames with low end prices. So I was so happy. The store was very clean and layed out really well. It looks like a very expensive type of place, but I like how they have kept up the place and feels very welcoming. I also like the face they have the Sarah Palin glasses! wow! heheh
But let me really tell you why im writing this review… Lisa Rubey, she was a doll and tons of fun. She was the sales rep. i was working with and she has been in the business for 20 years. She knows everything about the optical industry. She was able to address all my concerns and my bad experiences with glasses in the past. She was able to make recommendations and even give me a discount at the end of the day to help me out. Lets forget about the frames, or the store or what they have to offer. If every store had a Lisa, they would sell ten times more. Im a huge sucker for women, but im more of a sucker for a sales woman that can address all my issues/​concerns and give me the best customer service. She was supposed to close the store at 5PM but stayed at the store with me till 6:30 PM. We pulled out 12 frames for me, she offered me drinks and food, she offered me the best service a person can get. She was such a nice lady, and I still think its funny how so many other stores fail to see how important customer service is.
So needless to say, Im so happy I found Image Eyewear — and I highly recommend then if you are a person that seeks good customer service and wants some kick ass frames that arent Versace, Gucci and etc. But more european awesome frames!
