Landmark on Lovers

Just moved in this weekend but loving everything so far and no complaints! Great location, apartment, amenities and price. So happy to call my new apartment home!

Lauren (leasing agent) and team are amazing! I know they will take care of clients anytime we tour here. The amenities and floorplans are really nice, and being right by Central Market is a great feature too!

Finally my lease is up! So happy to be moving out. But still haven’t got the TV they promised. It’s been 15 months…

My move in was so easy the staff was very helpful. It was a great change, I love the area and amenities that is what sold me on the place. I am really enjoying my new place so much

Disclaimer: I don’t live here and the review is based on my recent visit to look at two of their units
This apartment complex was conveniently located to so many cool spots that I decided to go take a look last weekend. First of all, a very friendly lease consultant not to mention that she was absolutely gorgeous (many leasing consultant are pretty but she seemed to have a whole package. Looks and personality…). On that note, maybe I need to target leasing consultants (a mental note). Just kidding.
Units seems very clean and well maintained. Checked for my cell phone reception and even T-​Mobile works there so you know you will get any reception. Didn’t hear much noise so that was a huge plus given that I often work from home when I am not traveling.
So why not a 5-​star rating? Because that cute leasing consultants almost got me thinking this is where I want to live. Yes, I was thinking with my other head. Totally kidding!!! They didn’t have specials running while most of other properties I saw did. They should research and have some competitive promotions

I have to say, ITS TERRIBLE. So overpriced and a very loud residence due to being on busy streets. Hopefully the gates are working when you try to pull in or out — hit or miss there.
My ice maker was replaced 5 times in a 6 month lease there, two door knobs had to be replaced because they would not turn.
Just a bad spot and a lot better places to live in this fun area…
