We just moved out after 2 ½ years. It was a very nice place to live. Over the years, there have been an endless turnover in staff and many issues fell through the cracks, but the current office staff seems to be on top of things. They did all they could with our extremely loud neighbors and maintenance requests were completed in a very timely fashion. The apartment had a great layout and amazing features. I love the kitchen and the property has a great pool and grilling area.
The negative: you can always hear when the neighbors are walking up and down the stairs, there is a ton of construction going on across the street and you can hear it all day and night. Many residents have dogs and not all clean up after them.
Overall, I enjoyed living there and would recommend it for any of my friends.
