Not at all a value for your money– at almost $ 900 a month, one would expect at least basic updates. This was almost the worst apartment experience I have ever had in my life; management was rude, intrusive (they tried walking into my unit unannounced), property was poorly lit and maintained, neighbors were loud in every capacity (extremely loud motorcycles, mufflers, music, etc), and appliances in unit are easily 30 years old.
