This is a great shopping experience, they know their products. if in HPC, you need to stop by. Love their samples for travel!

Terry was great! I was a Kiehl’s first timer and she listened to me and recommended the products that were best for me. She also loaded me up on samples of products I wasn’t sure about buying. Lastly, she sent me a thank you note and even more samples for making a purchase 1 week later. I will definitely shop there again and I hope Terry is there.

I have been a fan of Kiehl’s products for a long time. I used to go to the flagship store downtown NYC or Bloomingdales, who also carries it.
Then when I moved away, I just started ordering online. But now that I’m back in Dallas I will be coming in to this location especially for the mini facial with Claudia! Yay! :))
This store is currently moving into a new space across the parking lot. I just stopped in to get some SPF 30 face lotion & crème de corps body lotion, which is THE best stuff on the planet to hydrate summer arms & legs & Claudia was kind enough to show me the new space! «Thanks Claudia that was so awesome of you!» *hugs*
The new space is super cool like the flagship store in New York City! It also has the tin ceilings & antique touches.
Can’t wait till it opens! Yay! :))
Kiehl’s founding family are sports enthusiast. They have been into everything from race-​car driving, motorcycling, flying stunt airplanes, equine competitions to mountain climbing & ultra-​marathons. They use their products during their outdoor adventures. Tried & true, there are no better products for outdoor enthusiast. All their performance products are put through «adventure testing» in extreme conditions – cliff climbing, ocean diving and arctic trekking. They even sponsored the «Everest 88» mountain climbers who took their products up Everest then down to Antartica by polar explorers. People freak about how good these products are for protecting the skin from intense cold and dry climates.
I haven’t been cliff climbing any bloody mountains in arctic weather lately but I do spend a great deal of time on the lake, in the wind, in the sun, in the water, in the pool, hiking, biking, boating, gardening, mowing, most general tomfoolery outdoors & I can’t live without this stuff! I might like to LIVE a pirates life but I don’t like to look like one! lol :))

I have tried many many products but I always come back to Kiehl’s products.
Their service is also outstanding. They will ask you about your skin & help you pick the right products. Claudia will even give you a mini facial if you have time :))
They give you free shipping on orders of $ 50 or more & they will always give you tons of free samples to try new products. If your in a really big hurry, call ahead, they have curb side service! They will bring your order right out to your car!

Excellent customer service and knowledgable associates… I’ve used everything from Jack Black to Billy Jealousy, but nothing compares to Kiehl’s products!!!

Awesome products and Fantastic people working here… get a few samples to go to try things out… they will scan so if you like them and cannot remember the name… they will look it up for you when you return.

I’m finding that this is perhaps a Texan thing, but the service here (which, at any Kiehl’s, is usually perfect) was just sublime. I received personal attention that was not in any way overbearing, and the salespersons put up with me trying to decide what to get for an hour with grace and interest. This Kiehl’s is in a very nice location, an outdoor strip mall that happens to house a Hermes, Hugo Boss, etc.

Expensive but a treat is deserved ever so often. Soap, lotions, facial cremes, and the like. They don’t advertise and claim to use all natural ingredients. It’s wholesome luxury. I like the natural oil perfumes. Make sure to ask for free samples after each purchase.

I love Kiehl’s products — natural, not tested on animals, environmentally friendly company, can recycle packaging at the store. I have been switching over to all Kiehl’s products over the past year — shampoo, conditioner, bubble bath, body lotions, deodarant, shaving lotion, face products… everything! And can say, they are superb products and I have loved them all. (Only negative is the mascara, the only make-​up they make so far, skip it).
I mostly order on-​line, since I get airline miles by doing so (free trip about once/​year!), but when I need something quickly, this Kiehl’s is my go-​to store. They are very friendly, helpful, professional. and very generous with samples which was great as I was trying products and deciding on the best for my skin-​type. In addition, I just found out they will do drive up service — was out of eye cream and needed to grab some quickly before leaving town one evening and made it there 5 minutes before closing. I commented to the salesgirl that I was afraid I would miss them, so was glad I squeezed through the door just in time. She then informed me that if that ever occurs again, just call. They have a service where you can call ahead and they’ll bring your order out to the car. Not that I seriously need that, but can see that it might be handy for a mom with kids strapped in carseats, or back when I was on crutches, etc.
It is great to find someplace where superb customer service still exists!
