Lauren is absolutely AMAZING! I have tried several people when I first moved to Dallas from L.A. for mobile tanning and she will be my last person to will ever have to go to! (Thank goodness!!) I LOVE her work; very professional, always timely in responding to my messages and getting me on her schedule in a «pinch». Really nice and she pays so much attention to detail! Her tanning solution is 100% organic and you only have to keep it on for 4 hrs MAX! Beautiful color and I would recommend her to all my friends and family. You will not be disappointed with her I promise!

BEWARE — terrible customer service, rude, and inconsiderate of your time
Like some other reviewers that bought deals, I too purchased a deal. I bought mine from Amazon Local for what I thought was a mobile tan service but wasn’t, and then had a terrible time getting ahold of Lauren and getting a response, then went to her a couple times and had scheduling trouble — she would put me down for the wrong time and then be half hour late, have car trouble and ask to reschedule just hours before but not have any openings for days. So I finally asked just to be refunded for the additional tans I had purchased so we could go our separate ways since she couldn’t provide me service and she refused. She wished me luck in getting a refund from my credit card company and said «I always have these problems with cheap customers.» What??? I had bought extra tans, always tipped her generously even when she was late and would mess up my schedule. Lauren gives terrible customer service. And the tan does come streaky; I actually had a huge orange blob on my wrist the first time. Just overall an awful experience! You want a good tan? Try:

I purchased an Amazon Local offer to try her out and see if I liked it. First I called the number listed and it said that the mailbox was not set up to receive messages. Then I emailed on FB on May 6, waited for a response then when had not received a response, I then called again on May 15, had a message this time to text, so I did. Heard right back gave her my info and was told she would check her schedule to see what day she is closest to me. Well it is now May 19 and have texted twice to see what’s going on? No response. So finally I called Amazon and they refunded my money thank goodness. Shouldn’t have to hunt a person down who wants your business, or doesn’t. I believe I was treated this way because I had a voucher that wasn’t her full price customer but you use a deal to try it out to see if you like. I guarantee if I was pleased I would be a regular customer but too bad lost my business before you even had it.

I was skeptical and nervous about a sunless tan. Tried Jealousy and Lauren was fantastic, very professional and great with making her clients feel comfortable. The tan came out great, experience was great and I will be going back again.
