Let me see, what can I say good about April Kyle the stylist???
Well, just ask anyone who see’s my HAIR—
I’m 59, and I’ve been a client since 2005 or longer—
Getting my hair done today and, I’m so excited, as always. See you there!

April is incredibly talented. I have always been 110% happy with the results after visiting her salon. I would highly recommend anyone to her as she can work with any type of hair. Can’t wait to go back!

Miss Kyle has been my stylist for 15 years. Always a pleasure to be greeted with a hearty, love felt «hello «. Her dedication to her clients is unmatched. She continues to educate herself on what’s going on in hair society. She’s professional on time and always gives me a great haircut. As long as she’s in business. She’s my stylist.

Terrible service and not happy with my hair cut. The owner also was rude and I will gladly take my services else where.

This will probably be the place I will always go for a haircut when I’m in Dallas. I got tired of the local hair salon down the street from where I live so I decided to pull out Unilocal and search up hair salons with good reviews. I tried out multiple hair salons throughout Uptown Dallas but this place was the only one that got me to come back.
April is probably one of the most personable hair stylists I’ve ever met. She’ll make you feel welcome and appreciated like a customer, unlike a lot of hair salons where they just silently cut your hair and kick you out as soon as you’re done. Not only is she friendly, but she KNOWS how to cut hair. She’s technical with her work, and she’ll take the time to walk you through your haircut by being extremely helpful and accomodating if you’re not sure which direction to take your hair anymore because the last hair stylist made you look like Shrek and Donald Trump’s love child.
Unfortunately, I don’t visit Dallas as often as I’d like to but if I’m ever in town and need of a haircut, this is my go-​to place!

Thanks April! She really knows how to handle curly hair. She’s also very accommodating if you’re in a bind. She has great people skills.
I’ve had a difficult time finding people that don’t ravage my scalp trying to manage my mane. April always gives me a shampoo first so she doesn’t have to rip out my hair follicles while she goes to work.
She’s also really efficient when I’m just trying to get a clean up. I will miss her now that I left Dallas. I am apprehensive trying to find a new hair person once I find someone I like.

In 2001, I found April Kyle, and look where she is today! There’s a reason for that! This little salon offers all things the big guys do with STYLE (see the pun there? LOL). From a personalized haircut, to a personalized friendship, you’ll leave Jade Salon wishing you could have stayed and chatted all day. If you’re in the State Thomas/​Uptown throw on your walking shoes and go get your hair styled! If you’re not in walking distance, don’t worry… there’s plenty of parking (garage and street). This is a great little salon, the fact that it only has two stations makes it feel very intimate and relaxed compared to the normal noisy and busy salons.
This is the perfect setting to let April’s great personality shine and she did a fabulous job with my hair. I’ve kind of bounced around salons, never really found a stylist that I liked or a salon that I liked but April will be cutting my hair from now on.

Been using April now since ’06. She always works me into her busy schedule, does a great job with color and cut, and she is very efficient. Her new place is awesome!

No lie, April deserves the five stars! She is dedicated to providing the best service. Her top notch talent is just an added bonus. She is consistent in every way! My hair has never been treated better for the last 8 years or so. I wouldn’t trust anyone else… The atmosphere at Jade salon matches the personality of April. Soothing, perky with a bit of pizazz.

love april. i called on her day off but she called me right back anyway. she gave me a quote to get my color done and the price was right! i was able to get an appt within a week and at the time i could do. the salon is around the corner from my house so the location is perfect. i went on my lunch break and made it back in time. april was very friendly. she did a great job and they offer threading so i got my brows done while i sat under the dryer. will be back.

I highly recommend Jade salon for April’s expertise as an esthetician, customer service, welcoming and bubbly personality. This salon is affordable, clean, and friendly. I love my new haircut and style!

April has a dedication to quality service that I have never seen before in any salon. I respect her talent, not only in hair styling, but in customer service.
