Jack in the Box

I have been to this Box many times. However, today I was taken back with the attitude of one Latin female worker who apparently did not like me or my sunglasses. She had her male counterpart deliver the salad I order to me at the Drive thru. It was extremely rude anyway i look at the picture! LOSE THE ATTITUDE! Normally this location is very polite but Today was not the case. I did find it humorous that in 2015 a girl is so taken back by a pair of really nice female sunglasses on a man! MY EYES THANKED ME AND DID NOT CARE IF THE SUNGLASSES WERE FEMALE, MALE OR ALIEN Lose the attitude and personal opinions on company time! Larry S.

I was helped by a delightful young lady in a pink sweater on January 31 at 11:30PM. I ordered churros and they were delicious and they were served to me with a smile. I will go back anytime I need churros. The other customers were all young men in flat brimmed hats.

The service here is terrible. The employees OBVIOUSLY hate working here.
Always leave with a receipt. I have left FOUR times with no receipt (because they didn’t put one in the bag) and arrived home only to find that NONE of my food was in my bag.
On four separate occasions I received zero food. They literally stuffed the bag entirely with condiments and napkins.
I called the number that’s on the drive thru window (customer service) and waited several days before I heard from their regional manager.
He only apologized. Never tried to accommodate me in any way.
This location is a bust. There is definitely some type of scam of some sort going on here.
They stole my money four different times and corporate refuses to do anything about it
Stay away from here.

the service is so bad that now they are charging $ 1 for water.
