Jack in the Box

Why all the negative reviews for fast food? You don’t come to JitB for Michelin dining. I’ve never had a bad experience here, and I have been to this location several times. I always enjoy the tacos, bacon cheddar wedges, and the jalapeño poppers.
I haven’t tried their hamburgers too much, but my husband enjoys them. Also, when I’m hungover, I realllllllly get down on the seasoned curly fries.

WHACK SERVICE!!! I had to take my son to get something eat prior to me taking him to school. So, I decided to go through the Drive Through… WRONG MISTAKE. It was raining… so, you know that you have to open your window to order your food. Well, as I waited to for someone to say something on the intercom… I was getting wet due to the rain. I waited… and I waited… then, I had to shout to the speaker just so that I could get someone’s attention. After a minute or so… someone finally started to ask for my order. I couldn’t understand him for crap… but, luckily he knew the numbering system and we managed to get our order by giving him the numbers of the meals.
Note: I’m a Latino, so… I try to work with the Spanish speaking people that can’t communicate in our language as easy as us the Americans.
Well, as I go to the window to pay for my food… the guy at the window was acting like he was hating life… and rude as F%$. He gave us our food by almost throwing it at us… like telling us with his actions, here you go Peasants!
This will be my last time I go to any Jack in the Box. It shows that this company is having troubles getting some quality people to run their restaurants.

I love the cheap taco s but then sometimes their soft and soggy but then other times they taste like rocks which sucks. I wish they made them correctly at least half the times. They fire the good workers, the nice ones that actually talk to customers other than taking orders. They don’t greet you, and they don’t say any good byes. Sometimes I’m a taco short. It’s over not so good. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Worst jack in the box ever. Horrible customer service. Went there, they forgot 3 of our foods, they didn’t say hi to us, didn’t ask if we wanted condiments. By the time we saw we were missing things, it was too late. We tried to go inside since the drive thru line was super long but it was locked. There was an employee eating right there and we were telling them we didn’t get all of our food. They looked at us, laughed then put their headphones on and looked down at their food. By this time, we were so angry we didn’t even care about the food anymore. We never go to this jack in the box ever even though it’s down the street where we live. To top it all off. They forgot to give us a receipt !

I love $ 99 cent tacos, their seasoned curly fries, bacon shake, and the Jumbo Jack!

Jack-​in-​the-​Box = cheap 2 for a $.99 gut-​bomb tacos. Gotta love em!
