The dude that worked the window had this expressionless demeanor that screamed «fuck my life» as he handed me my order. I politely point out that the condiments I requested were missing so he lurches over to obtain said condiments and plops them in my hands as if to say,“You’re bothering me. Go away. Let me die in peace.“
Then again, with him being a minority, he could just be depressed about Trump recently getting one step closer to becoming president — and I’m sure that makes all us feel a bit dead inside too. At least the food was made quickly. 2 stars for swift service.

Can I give this place ZERO stars? Every single time I have ever eaten at this Jack in the Box, I have gotten food poisoning. That was a total of three times and I will never ever eat Jack in the Box at any location ever again. One summer I was so sick with Jack in the Box food poisoning from some tacos that I was basically bed ridden for 2 weeks. DO NOT EAT HERE if you value your health and wellbeing.

I live about a mile away from this location, in the Lakewood area. Every time I have eaten food from this Jack in the Box, I throw up later that day. I steer clear from this Jack in the Box location and every other location!

I love this Jack in the Box!!! Juana is amazing and greets me by name every morning! ((I go every single day)) they always get my order correct and are fast and efficient!

As far as Jack in the Box goes, this is a great location. Shout out to Juana at the drive through window. Whenever I hear her voice, I know that things will be handled professionally, efficiently, and friendly. If I could, I would hire her in my own business. This location always gets my order correct, charges me the correct amount, and prepares the food to my expectations. If there is ever an unusual delay, they give me coupons or other compensation for my time. I love this JITB as a quick stop any time of day or night.

Stopped by on my way home from work on «Free Taco Day», but forgot to print out the coupon. No big deal, I thought, I can show them the coupon on my BlackBerry…
Not so… they said they must have the print out in order to honor it. Called the 1 – 800 number to complain and the service rep called the location to tell them it’s ok to honor the notice on the phone. Rep comes back on the line and apologizes… b/​c this is a franchise-​owned location, they have their own rules. SO STUPID. I went to another JITB and got them by showing them the coupon on my phone!
BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION!
