I ordered a ham and turkey meat tray for our office pot luck to be delivered 11:00 — 11:30. At 11:30 I called the store to get an eta. I was put on hold for nearly 10 minutes while they found my order. I was told it was already on the way. At 12:00 I called back, again put on hold and was reassured it was coming. Needless to say my order showed up at 1:00ish and only half of it… the other half was again on the way. The manager comped our order(as he should have) and threw in 2 trays of cookies. Clearly there was a disconnect somewhere in the catering department. I can’t say that they lost my order, but it seems so. I will give them a 2nd chance next time we do a holiday potluck, but the lesson learned is to call the day before to confirm your order.

Picked up a ham on the afternoon of Christmas Eve; while the shopping center was busy, the HBH store itself was not. I had my printed confirmation and a coupon(sign up on HBH’s website to get a coupon!). The employee that gave us our ham, unwrapped it to show us how the ham looked, it looked delicious! The cashier was also fast and easy. The whole process took ~5 minutes. They also sell sides, although I wanted to make my own sides. And I hear they have sandwiches for lunch! Yum. Our ham was delicious and was a hit for Jodi G’s and my Christmas dinner!

Pricey but yummy. I was number 42 in line the Monday before Christmas and they were so organized and prepared for the large crowds I was in an out with my ham in 30 minutes!

Always a good bet for a nice ham. We’ve gotten them for years and always happy. Always get extra glaze, can’t never have enough it seems. Order online and the stand in line with other ham people. Lines can be long, so sear comfortable shoes!

Our company gifts us a Honeybaked Ham every year! This year we had an over-order issue and I ended up with an extra honeybaked turkey as well and I must say — DELISH! We have always been fans of the ham, but the turkey is a new favorite as well!

Yep, I’m giving Honeybaked Ham Company 5 stars. Their ham is THAT good. Pricey… absolutely…but worth every penny. They also have a baked potato, potato salad that is super. Well worth the drive to Northwest Highway and Midway Dont want to buy a ham but want to buy a hambone. They have those too and there’s usually plenty of ham left on the bone for at least one or two sandwiches

Yummmm! Love me some Honeybaked Ham! I don’t care where in America you go, it’s the same quality. Probably shipped from the same. .. eh. .. factory? Anyway, this location is right by my house, so guess what? Yup! This is where I go. PRICEY! I mean, you can get a spiral cut ham at Albertons or Publix(Florida) for less than half the cost, but guess what? NOT as good! So if you have the bucks to shell out for some of the best ham in Amercia, this is the place.

The ham was a definite 5 star. I don’t know how I’ve gone this long without trying one(or maybe I just never had the delicious crispy brown sugar-ed skin before?) but I was in hog(har) heaven! What knocks a star off is the actual experience of going to this store to pick up my piggie. It smelled weird. You’d think with delicious hams and turkeys and sides and desserts and whatnot, the place would smell awesome. But no, it was a weird, dirtyish smell. And the guy working there wasn’t exactly full of Christmas cheer, either. I’m sure the job sucks, but I mean come on it’s Christmas and you’re selling me this delicious piece of meat!!! So this year, I’ll totally order another ham and just designate someone else to pick it up :) Oh and don’t forget to check for coupons on their website and reserve your meats online!

I got way too much credit this Thanksgiving, and did almost nothing. It wasn’t your traditional turkey, and we could have gone that route but we picked up a ham. It was so juicy, with a sweet glaze and made great leftover sandwiches and breakfast. An 8lb ham was about $ 50.00. I’m already stoked to have this again for Christmas or try another one of their options. It was an easy crowd pleaser, and the feeling of cooking was in the air with Thanksgiving love without giblet debates or carcass handling. Hopefully your Thanksgiving fed you well. If not this may work well for another holiday. They have several locations. A lot actually. I had no idea there were so many all over the country. It was easy, worth every penny, and made the over eating horrendous full feeling well worth it in front of football, and more football. We cooked our own sides, but they do have full packages as well. Make sure and check out specials and coupons on-line. You can also reserve a date that way. Easy and friendly people helped make this a great non-turkey Turkey Day with no stress. Just call, order, pick up and heat up. What’s wrong with easy? Nothing! Plus we had more time to focus on the side dishes and desserts.

This place is a tradition for a lot of folks at Easter and Christmas. Huge lines around the building and lots of comraderie since it’s the same people every holiday! At less busy times of year, they serve really good sandwiches. By really good, I mean REALLY good. Big olé slices of ham or turkey smoked to perfection. They have good condiments like cranberry mustard and that sort of thing. The side dishes are great to pick up and take home for dinner. I’m adding this to my list of places to eat in my hood even though it’s not a restaurant but there is no law that says you can’t chow down in the comfort of your own car in the parking lot!

What can be said for perfectly baked ham and perfectly smoked turkey breast. I guess if I didn’t have to stand in a 45 minutes line it would be better… but it’s the holidays and it’s the Honey Baked Ham Company. The sides are good to. Don’t tell my 94 year-old grandmother, but their stuffing was better than hers. It was made with sweet cornbread. We also had the garlic mashed potatoes and green bean casserole. They were okay. But the meats were the starring attractions. The ham was encased in a brown sugar crust. The turkey breast was smokey and succulent. I may slip into the kitchen for one more little bite. *drools like Homer* I guess I should mention that this is a meat shop, not a restaurant in case someone doesn’t check the heading. Don’t plan on eating it there. However… I would LOVE to see someone buy a ham and then come outside and sit on the curb, open it up and go to town on it – no fork, no knife, no plate – just primal lust for food!
