Gucci

This store has a great selection & always has what I want in stock. Everyone is very friendly, especially Cindy. She is THE BEST and so helpful and so cute. This is my favorite Gucci store.

My favorite shoes

When I die bury me inside the Gucci store. I love this store and if you are looking for high quality men’s shoes then you are in the right place. I have since bought two pairs of shoes from here and have no complaints. Ask for Cindy and tell her Melvin sent you. You won’t be disappointed.

I came in here looking for a bag I fell in love with online: a gorgeous top handle nude/​faint pink purse. I went straight to the counter where a very nice and helpful SA helped me. I showed her the bag I found on the Gucci website, and she took down the info and politely asked me to wait, as she went to the back to search the inventory. She couldn’t find any in the inventory and told me that the bag I wanted is probably in their spring 2013 collection, and they haven’t gotten the shipments of those bags, yet. She gave me an idea of the bags dimensions by showing me a similar bag they had in stock, and told me that the shipping would only be two business days if ordered online. She also recommended checking out Neiman Marcus a few stores down because they will usually have the newer ones in stock. She wasn’t pushy or snooty, and offered me some good options to check out the bag I wanted, even recommending me to Neiman (btw they did indeed have my bag at Neiman, but I found it to be too big for my frame). Helpful and welcoming sales associate, and nice store!
