Upon reading previous reviews. it makes me sad knowing that LV has/may have horrible sales associates and people felt irrelevant shopping at this location. this was my first time here and Maria made my experience fantastic. She quickly asked if I needed any help and assisted in guiding me in the right direction towards owning my first Louis. I was stumped between two purses, and she said one style looked better for me than the other(noting that it was the lesser value one, so I know trying to get more money out of me wasn’t her intent). Maria had exceptional customer service and I recommend her to anyone who’s looking into purchasing from this location. Might I add, I was not dressed up, did not have makeup on, I literally had just left the gym, so I didn’t «look the part,» but I wasn’t ignored when I stepped foot inside LV. At least I wasn’t being judged on physical appearance like how I was at Burberry lol…

Horrible horrible customer service. I have never been inside a LV store before because frankly I was very intimidated. I wish I could have proven wrong but sadly, the sales associates at the Northpark location were so hostile upon my first visit that I never want to return there again. I did a lot of research on the bag I wanted and was determined to get it that day. I went inside and not a single SA recognized me or offered to help. When I asked them for help, they seemed extremely uninterested and as if they had to force themselves to help. One lady in particular was literally rolling her eyes as she told me about one bag I had questions about. I did not end up purchasing anything at this location and was so appalled by the attitude I received. I will never return to this LV store again!

I have owned Louis Vuitton for over 30 years and am appalled at not only the rude customer service that seems to predominate LV stores but am also gobsmacked that the Vice President of American sales is a total c**t. I have a Noe, Toiletry Pouch 26, and a Limited Edition piece of luggage tote. When I took the Toiletry Pouch in to be fixed around the area where you hold onto the pouch to zip it open and closed because the area had frayed, I was met with the strangest explanation of why it had frayed and was told that it could not be fixed by Louis Vuitton. The explanation was that I had«touched» the zipper and that is what caused it to fray. WTF??? REALLY??? Even after I explained to her that the bag was only eight months old, she said, «we understand that people get attached to their handbags but we can’t fix it for you.» Had I have known that the quality of LV would go seriously downhill, I would never have purchased yet another piece LV. I’ve had the luggage tote for eight years and am beginning to see de-lamination. I called the Vice President who told me that LV no longer offers lifetime warranties and suggested that I find a more current style of LV to suit my needs. SERIOUSLY??? I HATELOUISVUITTON!!!

Oh how I love this store. I always have to stop in here to wander around even when not purchasing a new purse. The sales people are very friendly and helpful when you can find them. Often times they’re scarce and you have to wait around till one randomly pops out of hiding to help. But overall this is a beautiful store and definitely worth stopping in!

I’m addicted to Louis Vuitton !! I want everything in the store! ! If you visit this location, I highly recommend Katie to be your sales person. She is nice, sweet and patient. She always helps me and my mother when we purchase from this store

I used to always think that LV was an amazing store that would offer exceptional customer service. WRONG! I have received nothing but horrible customer service. SA’s would either ignore me or have a really bad attitude. Every time I walk by there I think that maybe just maybe they’ve changed and it was just the days I went. Wrong again. So the last time I went in there, which was very recent, was the last straw for me. Been thinking on purchasing another bag but never mind anymore. I’m switching brands now. I’m never coming back here.
