Gregory’s

Holy crap this place is expensive! I ended up purchasing a pair of knee high stiletto heeled leather boots that are absolutely gorgeous and were marked down to half price but I still had buyer’s remorse afterwards. The heels are entirely too high for me to walk in safely or for any amount of prolonged period and I can’t take them back so I’m stuck with them. If I could just sit somewhere all day and not have to walk, they would be perfect. Anyhow, the quality of the leather is soft and supple and beautiful. I just have to bring a back-​up pair of shoes with me when I wear them to work and hope I don’t break my ankle walking in them! Also, my salesperson Xavier was the best.

I love the shoes styles there and I am so pleased with the excellent customer experience I had with the sales person Diane. She was keen to make sure I am satisfied with my choices and purchase. She was so patient and helpful when I was in the process of selecting my shoes and gave her honest feedback. All the staff are friendly and nice. I will definitely come back and recommend the store to my close friends.

I purchased the most beautiful pair of Italian Shoes from Dina at Gregory’s and the experience is great! I will never go to a party and run into somebody having the same clothes I have. Everything is one of a kind. This is a true boutique with excellent and great, unique one of a kind, beautiful clothes. I highly recommend to go there and experience the best personal shoppers service you can ever got from a store!

I’m a Gregory’s Girl for life! If you want one of a kind clothes and shoes this is the place for you! Their clothes are super chic and their shoes and handbags are all hand made!
What I love most about this place is that I discover new designers (that you can’t buy anywhere else in Dallas) every time I come in here and I’m always walking out with something that I know NO ONE ELSE will have! I love that!
I read other reviews comparing Gregorys to Norstroms or Macy’s, I couldn’t disagree more! The clothes and shoes here are defiantly one of a kind wearable art!

P. S. All the sales associates are super friendly and have a great eye for fashion but Dina is a trend forecaster like no other! She always sets me up with the most fashion forward outfits that have me feeling like I just stepped off the pages of Vogue! Happy Shopping!

GREGORY’S is the MOST SPECTACULAR fashion destination in the Dallas area!
GREGORY’S specializes in WEARABLE ART. period. Most of which comes directly from the Paris runways. The buyer for this store has an eye for fashion, that is so ahead of the current trends, its beyond belief. Don’t compare GREGORY’S to NM and Nordstrom as though you are comparing apples to apples. There are 41 NM department stores and 271 Nordstrom’s stores in the US… and there are only 5 GREGORY’S. (Thanks Wikipedia!)
Also, the gentlemen, who posted that victim tirade about not being told about the «store credit only» policy… Im calling you out, as a liar, Dear Sir. My family has been going to GREGORY’S for years, and THAT POLICY is printed and placed in a beautiful frame that rests directly in-​front of the payment area… Its been there since as long as I can remember, and it was displayed the same way at their Galleria location. I know this because I comment on the frame every time Im there.

GREGORY’S has truly special pieces of wearable art, and the employees are actually suppppper nice, and extremly knowlegeble about their products. GREGORY’S merges art and fashion, and is just, SPECTACULAR! FIVE STARS FIVE DIAMONDS!

i would give them zero stars, but that’s not an option. amazingly beautiful shoes, you can buy anywhere, the clothes, gaudy freaking ugly! they overprice all of their items and claim they are «on sale».
warning***** do not buy from these people**** the owner is a major theif!!! anyone who refuses to allow anyone to return an item to get their money back does not deserve to be in business!
do not trade with these people! they are pushy, rude, and their items, (they claim are soooo special) can be bought anywhere. save your time, money, and your choice!

Stay away from this store!
The sales people are high pressure and the are more interested in helping you spend money than they are in making sure what you buy makes you look good.
I made the mistake of buying a gift for my wife there and the sales person, knowing that the purchase was a gift, did not have the decency to let me know that they do not accept returns, only credit.
The item did not fit my wife and they refuse to give a refund. I have never purchased clothing anywhere where you cannot return for a full refund if the item does not fit.
Keep your money and go to Nordstrom or Macy’s or Neiman Marcus.
If you want to buy clothes pressure free and worry free then stay away from this store.

When I first moved to Dallas, I was delighted to find Gregory’s tucked into a small corner at the Galleria. The owner and buyer has impeccable taste and you will not find these unique brands and styles anywhere in Dallas. Gregory’s is best known for their couture shoe brands like Christian Dior, Jimmy Choo, Lanvin, etc. and they have some killer sales if you visit at the end of the season.
The reason I only gave Gregory’s 1 star is because THEIR SALES TEAM IS PUSHY, ANNOYING, AND INVASIVE. Beware weak shoppers… they seem very sweet and convincing here, but you will walk out with items you did not intend to buy (and their return policy is store credit only within 7 days). Let me give you some examples… I spent much time and money with one sales rep… she calls me one month later to talk about a promotion and can’t remember who the hell I am. I told her «I already bought 4 pairs of Lanvin shoes last month… do you remember me?» (Followed by silence…). Also, one time I went in to browse and I was also talking on my cell phone. The sales lady asked me if I needed help and I told her I was «browsing and on the phone.» She proceeded to follow me around the store and interrupt my conversation over and over with her shoe suggestions. I just call that rude and why don’t you just wear a damn sign that says «I WORK ON COMMISSION!!!»
I dread going in to that store… beautiful product but the sales people feed on you. Enter at your own risk.
