Love Tory Burch and this location is nice. There was finally someone there to help us. Last time we went into this location, no one greeted me. Although my favorite Tory Burch is in Vegas, this one is nice. I knew what I was looking for and they had my size!

Tiny shop but good selections. I was in purse heaven. So many items to choose from in a variety of colors. I agree on the customer service. It could be a million times better. Lots of sales folks just moseying around looking lost. I had one nice guy that kept checking on me though. I have my eye on a camel colored tote for next time. Very cute shoes too… lots of work friendly options. Good quality stuff here… add friendly employees and it would be a fabulous store. I mostly love the accessories but they also have clothes too. They even sell a couple of very nice smell goods for the ladies! I am adding some items to the wish list!

I went in to Tory Burch knowing what I wanted already. The girls did greet me as I walked in. But that was it. The girl that actually was on the floor who semi helped me was very young. Definitely not as personable. But she tried to help me as much as she could when I asked her for her opinions on the clutches. When I was ready to check out and decided on which clutch I wanted, she asked if I was paying cash or credit. She did not tell me my total but ask for my card so she can take it and charge it. This isn’t a bad place. But I do think there could be better customer service for the price that we are spending. Other then that I’m happy with my selection. I’ve been itching for a new purse!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. By far one of the rudest stores I’ve ever been in. No one greeted me or acknowledged me the entire time I was there. Most of the associates were busy standing around talking to each other. They only seem to care about you if they think you’re trying to buy something. As a loyal Tory Burch customer this place is disappointing. I would much rather shop online than buy anything from this store.
